Investing in people

Program status• Three students hired into the program in 2014

– From Jacksonville, Fort Pierce and Miami– All three students remain in the program today

• 2 students to be included in this Apprentice Program by2015 year end

• Training the young generation to enter the railroad industry– Training includes all major railroad craft positions

• Candidates will join FECR traditional workforce after18 months in either transportation, engineering,or mechanical departments
