Philippe DumontCEO

Philippe has over 20 years of international experience in the Telecoms industry on supplier and customer side, as well as working closely with PE and infrastructure funds.

Prior to his involvement in the project as CEO of the holding Company EulaLink, Philippe was the President & CEO of ASN (Alcatel Lucent Submarine Networks) after holding several executive positions inside Alcatel Lucent.

Philippe has an engineering degree from the Arts & Metiers and an MBA from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris.

He is fluent in French, English and Italian.

Diego Matas

Chief Operations

Diego Matas comes with over 20 years of experience in the international telecommunications and data centre business.

Diego has developed his career working for major firms such as Interoute (as CEO of the Spanish Ops), Global Crossing and Cable & Wireless in senior positions, and as a consultant for PE companies on telecom infrastructure and cloud services.

Diego has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Parks Collegue, St. Louis U) and a Post graduate degree in Switching architectures and data transmission (Universidad Politecnica de Madrid).

Rui CarrilhoField Engineering &

Ops Director

Rui has spent more than 28 years in Telecom Industry with experience from military aircraft’s down to the most recent submarine technology, DWDM, Ethernet and MPLS Networks.

In particular, Rui has worked for 16 years in Tata Communications as Operations Manager of the WACS system and has led a team of Network Field Engineers and subcontractors that support the company operations in Portugal, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique countries and, Cape Town and Durban regions.Rui speaks Portuguese, fluent English & Spanish.

Vincent GatineauChief Sales & Mktg

Vincent has been a member of Alcatel Submarine Networks’ Sales and Marketing team for 9 years. He has been the lead Sales person following the EllaLink project since its inception.

Previously, Vincent held various international positions within the Alcatel-Lucent Group in India and Chile.

Vincent is a graduate of the Lille Douai Telecom Mines Institute.

Pablo benefits from over 10 years as CFO of Subsea Cable Operator under several LBO and ownership.
