Yamile MatuteCT Lead SupervisorI have been with public Partnerships for 4 years. I have been working with self-directed programs for 11 years all together. The majority of my experience in self direction is within training and supervising staff and program participants. I look forward to supporting my staff help you achieve your goals within a self-directed life.
I have been with the Public Partnerships LLC for 4 years, working on a similar project in NJ. I am originally from CT and managed Group homes for 15 years in CT. I am looking forward to being back home and helping people achieve as much independence as possible.

» We will want to know who is part of your support circleFor example, let your trainer know if you have a Sponsor or an Individual Goods and Services Supervisor that you’d like to have present during training.
» Your Trainer will find the best time that will work for everyone when it comes to scheduling your trainings.
» All trainings will be spaced out throughout a three-week pilot period.
» If you are completing the trainings at your own pace the requirement will be to ensure that all trainings are finalized by 5/1/21.
