Lost And Found Table If you are missing a dish or article of clothing, please check the table in

the Church Family Center Today.

Operation Christmas Child Thanks to your hard work, donations, and team effort, we were able to

fill 201 boxes on Tuesday night. A special shout out of thanks to Sister

Paulette Skinner for leading and organizing our Operation Christmas

Child campaign. Teamwork makes the dream work! Pray for the

children who will receive these boxes.

New Church Photo Directory Planned-Save The Date! We will make a new directory this coming January. Starting today you

will be able to reserve your photo shoot for January 21st—25th on line

only. Starting December 1st you may register in person or by calling the

church office Monday-Thursday. Please make every effort to be a part of

our directory.

Communion Service, Tonight At 6:00 PM We will enjoy a special Thanksgiving Communion Service remembering

and reflecting upon the sacrifice of our Savior. Could there be a more

appropriate time of Communion than the Thanksgiving Season. Come

celebrate, worship, remember, and give thanks for what Jesus has

accomplished for us through the giving of his life and the shedding of

his blood for us.

Thanksgiving Dinner/Church Life Night Tonight Immediately following our communion service we’ll share in a special

time of fellowship as we eat a meal together and conduct business in the

Family Center. Please bring items such as soups, sandwiches, chili,

desserts, beverages, etc. Bring enough food for your family and a little

more to share.

Wednesday Night Services Dismissed We will dismiss our Wednesday evening services and ministries during

the week of the Thanksgiving holiday. We hope that you will spend time

with your family and loved ones being thankful for God’s blessings.

The Great Christmas Giveaway Gift tags are available at the connection center. Each tag will list an item

(s) from a Christmas wish list of a child in need. We want to encourage

as many as possible to participate by taking a gift tag(s) and purchasing

the item(s), wrap the gift(s)- unless specifically requested on the tag not

to wrap—and then return the items(s) with the original gift tag no later

than December 15th. Please do not include receipts with your gift.

greatest people,” or “Serving the needs of others.”

Christmas Season Events & Dates To Remember

The “Sounds of Christmas” presented by the Worship Ministry of

South Union will take place on December 1st at 6:00 PM

The SUBC Kids Choir will present their Christmas Musical

December 8th at 6:00 PM.

Our church-wide Christmas fellowship will be on December 15th at

6:00 PM as a part of December’s Church Life Night.

“A Candlelight Evening At The Manger” will be on December 22nd

at 6:00 PM. This will be a special time of worship as we lift up our

voices in song and bring gifts to the manger as we remember the

birth of our Savior, Jesus.
