How to Access portail Connect Select the environnement (Connect Natixis or VDI)

First Only during the first use, the client corresponding to the user’s environment must be installed (see appendice) :

- Citrix Receiver , the client for Connect Natixis - VMware Horizon Client for VDI

2 - Connect Login with the Natixis HID connection solution

- Enter your login « Username »

- Generate a token HID and fill it in the field "Password"

- Insert your login username, password, domain and then Log On

- Select , then insert your login username, password and domain

This selection is recommended and simply requires prior the client installation for your OS (see appendice below).

If required, access is possible via a HTML5 compatible browser.

- Select Citrix Receiver for your OS on Connect Natixis portal or Citrix site

(for example for OS MacOS X) ; upload the file

- Open the file and select the standard installation.

- Select « Done » ; do not add any account
