Bonuses Presentation

Profit Sharing• You market your business to a value of at least 165 Euros.

• Now you will receive a part in our unique support program that we call the Business Expansion Pool.

• 10% of Conligus CV Turnover, is paid out by Conligus, is divided between the total amount of member shares.

• Receive a 100 percent matching on all your personally referred members personal shares in the pool.

Example: You MARKET your business, by purchasing a member package and/or referring customers to a value of at least 165 Euros. You will now be a Pro Member and you receive 1 share. On top of this, when you help someone you referred become a pro member you also will receive an additional share.

Example: Conligus earns totally 1 Million Euros in CV, 100,000 will go in the profit sharing pool, if there is a 10.000 shares in total in Conligus and you have 1 share you will earn 10 Euros. This means that all of our Conligus Members will have the opportunity to start earning right from the start.

Retail Bonus• The earnings you receive from your personal customers is always the difference between wholesale price and retail price. Just like any retail shop.

• You refer a customer ONCE. After this you will ALWAYS be paid for it.Now and in the future.

Example: The Retail price towards our customer for 1 bid is: 0,50 Euro.The wholesale price is 0,40 euro which means that you earn 10 Euro cent per bid. As simple as that.

Promo Bonus• We make it easy and simple for our members to find customers, without the pressure of selling, we created a model we call “power sampling”. This means that you give out free coins to potential customers.

• The more potential customers that use your Promotional Invitation Vouchers, as an example on the auction platform, the more bonus you will receive.

Example: If you give away 10 bid packs to friends and family and they participate in our hybrid auction, and use the bids, you will receive 6 Euros in Cash and 3 Euros in B.E.W. You can actually earn up to even 90 euros by GIVING. On top of this your business will get a real power start as many people will also want to make money in the same way as you. Isn’t that a great way to earn?!

Leverage Bonus• We believe that it is better to start FAST than SLOW. This is why we invented the Leverage Bonus.

• You receive a leverage bonus of 250 Euros when you reach 2,300 CV in personal sponsor volume within your first 30 days.

Example: Help 4 of your referrals reach Executive Members within 30 days and you will reach 2,300 CV’s. You will then reach the first step on Conligus Career path, called “Achiever”, and we will reward you with an additional 250 Euros into your Business Expansion Wallet.

Team Cycle Bonus• You will build two teams, one team on your left and on team on your right. This is called a ‘binary’ system.

• In Conligus you are paid in Cycles. A cycle is created when both your left and right team has reached 300 on one side and 150 on the other side.

• You gather CV’s when your team is buying bids or simply purchasing coins/packages by becoming active members. Every fulfilled Cycle pays out 16,5 Euro in Cash plus 50% into your Business Expansion Wallet that is designed for you to help to grow your team faster.

Example 1: In your left team you enroll a Pro Member, which is worth 165 CV’s, in your right team you enroll an Executive Member, which creates 575 CV’s. You have now fulfilled more than 300 CV’s on 1 side and over 150 CV’s on the opposite side. This means you have completed 1 cycle and earned 16, 5 Euro.

Example 2: You left team are buying bid packs that creates 400 CV’s and your right team is buying bid packs that creates 90 CV’s. You didn’t fulfill a cycle YET as you are missing 60 CV’s on your right side in order to complete 1 cycle.

For all our active members the CV’s will be “banked” or “saved” until you need them to achieve a cycle. Remember that all CV’s created counts towards your cycles so it is fun and easy to start to build up regular daily cycles and earning also this fun and simple way.

Matching Bonus• The first person you enroll in your team forms your first generation. When that person enrolls a new member, that becomes your 2nd generation. If the person of your 2nd generation enrolls a new member, this member will become your 3rd generation and so on.

• We reward all of our members to up to FIVE generations, with 10% of each members totally earned Team Cycle Bonus.

Example: You are an Executive member and have enrolled only 4 members. You help them do the same, and so on. As an executive member you receive 5 generations of matching bonus. In this example the total amount of members, within your 5 generations, would be 1 364 members.

Lets imagine that they have fulfilled, one cycle on this particular day. This would mean that your team would now have earned on that day, within the team members, more than 33 Thousand Euros. You will also, because of our very lucrative Matching Bonus, on top of what they earned, get a total of 10% of this amount which in this case is: 3.300 Euros.

Remember that EACH and EVERY personally enrolled member starts a new FIRST generation and has the potential to build a huge team within your 5 generations. As you can see our Matching bonus is potentially unlimited.

Leadership Bonus• Already as an Achiever, you will enter our Leadership Bonus Pool. This pool contains ALL active Achievers and above. When you advance on our career path you will increase your shares within the pool, you will together with our other LEADERS share 3% of the total company CV Revenue.

Example: As soon as you become an Achiever or above with us, your L.E.P shares will reward you each and every Month.

Conligus Incentive• Conligus Incentive is a reward for your hard work. Meet other members of the Conligus community and travel to exciting locations around the world, together with your team.

• As soon as you reach 3 stars rank, you will be invited to our Regional trips. Once you become a 4 stars you will be invited to our Global trips.
