Spanish, they often say them (and write them down) in groups of two. If the number has an uneven number of digets, as we have in the US, the last number will remain by itself. For example, the number 721-8348 would be written as 72-18-34-8 and said, verbally, as setenta y dos, dieciocho, treinta y cuatro, ocho.
