Configuring the Home Page

Employee Selection dropdown has been included in the Birthdays and Anniversaries view

Configuring the Team View Task is to:

1) Enhance the Team View with a third drop down „Direct reports‟. This sits along with

„Employee‟ and „Org and Position‟ views and displays only the direct reports without

drilldown option.

2) In the new view the Data drop down of Compensation should not be displayed

Configuring the Team View

In order display the object data in team view following set of configuration has to be performed –

1. OADP configurations

2. Organizational Chart Visualization configuration

OADP configurations

• Define Object selection and Object selection rule to fetch the data

• Define the columns that has to be displayed in the UI and assign it to the column groups

• Define the Data View and assign the Column groups.

• Define Group of data views and assign the Data View.

• Define an Organizational view assign the group of data views and Object Selection

Organizational Chart Visualization Configuration

• Define as many structures for the hierarchy. The structure text is displayed in the display drop down

• Define navigation field groups mark one of them as selected which would be displayed by default. The

navigational field group should be exactly same as the Organizational view name as specified in OADP

configuration. The navigation text is displayed in the data drop down.

• Define navigation fields which correspond to each column on the UI of team view. The field name

specified here should be corresponding to the column name in the OADP data view configuration. Also

its recommended to have only one photo type in set of navigation fields.

• For each navigation field group navigation events can be defined or navigation events from lpd_cust can

be defined. All the applications configured in the launchpad role and instance specified are shown as

menu list in the team view UI

2. Change the Depth of structure to 1, since only the direct reports has to be fetched for the manager

3. Click on “Enter” and click on “copy all” in the pop up
