Non-Refillable Gas Cylinder Recycling Proposal

Receptacles placed in front of retail locations next to the Blue Rhino Tank Exchange displays.

Consumers would deposit their used tanks in the receptacles. No store interaction required.

Blue Rhino would empty the receptacle as needed at the same time as Tank Exchange deliveries.

Used tanks would be transported back to Blue Rhino plants to be drained, punctured as required, and recycled

Captured gas would be reused
