Shri Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu is a fourth time Member of the Lok Sabha from Rajapur Constituency ofMaharashtra - one of the biggest states of India. He was Industry Minister, Government of India in his firstspell. Then, he was Minister of Environment and Forests, Government of India and formerly, Minister ofFertilizers & Chemicals. He was the Union Minister for Power, Government of India until August 2002.

Shri Suresh Prabhu has often been described by many as that "un-common whiff of much needed fresh air"on the horizon of Indian public life who is not only armed with education, ability, understanding, highintegrity, zero corruption but also with delivered milestones. Dr. Bibek Debroy is an economist and was educated in Ramakrishna Mission School, Narendrapur; PresidencyCollege, Kolkata; Delhi School of Economics and Trinity College, Cambridge. He has worked in PresidencyCollege, Kolkata (1979-83), Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune (1983-87); Indian Institute ofForeign Trade, Delhi (1987-93); as the Director of a Ministry of Finance/UNDP project on legal reforms (1993-98); Department of Economic Affairs (1994-95); National Council of Applied Economic Research (1995-96);Rajiv Gandhi Institute for Contemporary Studies (1997-2005); PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry(2005-06); and Centre for Policy Research (2007-2015). He has authored/edited several books, papers andpopular articles and has also been a Consulting/Contributing Editor with several newspapers.

Mr. Parekh is on the board of several leading corporations across diverse sectors. Be it his role ofreviving Satyam (2009) and getting UTI from the mess (late ‘90s). Mr. Parekh has always been willing toshare his ideas and experience to formulate reform policies across sectors. This at times, has also meantadvising the Government to take hard decisions. It is his quality of a trouble-shooter that has made him aguiding force and an active member of various high-powered Economic Groups, Government-appointedAdvisory Committees and Task Forces.

Some of the international organizations which Mr. Parekh is associated with in an advisory capacity,include Indo US CEO Forum, City of London, Indo – German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC),etc.

Government and Industry impressed by Mr. Parekh’s performance and sobriety, have honored him withseveral awards. Some of the most important ones are; the Padma Bhushan in 2006. Internationally some ofhis recent prominent awards include, ‘Bundesverdienstkreuz’ Germany’s Cross of the Order of Merit oneof the highest distinction by the Federal Republic of Germany in 2014, “Knight in the Order of the Legionof Honour” one of the highest distinction by the French Republic in 2010, First international recipient of theOutstanding Achievement Award by Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, in 2010.

Mr. Lalit JalanCEO, Reliance Infrastructure Ltd.

Mr. Lalit Jalan is Group Director of Reliance Group and Chief Executive Officer of Reliance InfrastructureLimited – amongst leading Indian conglomerates. Group has diverse business interests across Finance,Infrastructure, Power, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Natural resources & Entertainment sectors.

Mr. Jalan completed B.Tech from IIT, Kanpur in 1979; did MBA in Finance from Wharton School and Mastersin Computer Science from University of Pennsylvania in 1982. He was consistently in top 1% of his class andwas in the Director’s Honours and Dean’s List at Wharton.

Mr. Sunil Mathur is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Siemens Ltd. Mr. Mathur earned aBachelor of Science degree from Punjab University and is a Chartered Accountant.

He has been with Siemens for over 28 years, holding several senior management positions in Germany andthe UK in the Energy and Industry Sectors. Starting his career in the Internal Audit team in Delhi in 1987, hemoved on to join the Business Administration Group in the Energy Sector. He was Cluster CFO for South Asiain July 2008 and was Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Ltd. from December 2008 tillDecember 2013.

During his stint as the CFO of Siemens India, Mr. Mathur was part of Siemens AG CFO’s Management Teamthat consisted of the Sector CFOs, the Heads of the Corporate Departments and selected Country CFOs. He isa Member of the National Executives of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and the Confederation of IndianIndustry as also Chairman of the Smart Cities Committee of the Western Region of the CII.

Mr. Deepak PremnarayenPresident, Indian Merchants’ Chamber

Mr. Deepak Premnarayen is the President of Indian Merchants’ Chamber (IMC) for the year 2016-17.

Mr. Deepak Premnarayen is the founder of the ICS Group, focusing on real estate, asset management,financial services and hospitality. He has led the Group’s ventures into diverse sectors and continues to serveas the Executive Chairman of the Group. He has received his BA Economics Honors from St. Xavier’s College,Mumbai.

Apart from his Executive Chairmanship of the ICS Group of companies, Mr. Premnarayen also serves on theboard of FirstRand Limited, a leading banking and financial services group from South Africa listed on theJohannesburg Stock Exchange (market capital approx. USD 30 bn and profit after tax USD 2 bn as of 30thJune 2014). He is also a member of the Directors’ Affairs and Governance Committee.

Mr. Premnarayen’s other Directorships include: Triangle Real Estate India Fund LLC, a FDI compliant fund forIndia raised in conjunction with Old Mutual Property in South Africa (listed on the Mauritius Stock Exchange)and Noida Toll Bridge Co. Ltd. (listed in India & AIMS in UK).

Dr. Lalit KanodiaVice President, IMC

Dr. Lalit Kanodia is the Chairman of Datamatics Global Services Limited which he founded in 1975. He has adegree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Mumbai. Subsequently, he obtained an MBA and Ph.D., bothfrom MIT, USA.

Datamatics was adjudged the Fastest Growing Indian Company at the International Achiever’s Summit inBangkok in 2014. Dr. Kanodia was awarded the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award in 2015 for outstandingand exemplary achievements in Entrepreneurship.

Dr. Kanodia is a Ford Foundation Fellow. He received the Distinguished Alumnus Award of IIT, Mumbai. He isone of the 10 persons included in the Hall of Fame, published by Dataquest along with our late PrimeMinister Rajiv Gandhi and late Bharat Ratna Mr. JRD Tata.

While in the US, he was Consultant to the Ford Motor Company and Arthur D. Little. He has also taught atJamnalal Bajaj and MIT.

Dr. Kanodia is the Founder CEO of TCS.

He is the National President of the Indo American Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the ExecutiveCommittee of the Indian Merchants’ Chamber and Chairman of its IT Committee. He has served at the PastPresident of the Management Consultants’ Association of India and Chairman of the Electronic & ComputerSoftware Export Promotion Council (Western Region). He has been a Member of the Executive Committee ofNasscom.

Dr. Kanodia is currently on the Executive Board of MIT (Europe, Asia and Africa).

He was the Honorary Consul of Chile in Mumbai (2002-2014).

Dr. Kuldip Singh is presently working as a telecom consultant. He was Member TDSAT (Telecom DisputesSettlement and Appellate Tribunal) till March, 2016 where his main responsibilities were to adjudicatedisputes between the telecom service providers and licensor, as well as to hear appeals against the ordersand directions given by the regulator TRAI. He has a work experience of more than 40 years inTelecommunications that includes research and development, operations, teaching, computer networking,software maintenance and development, licensing and regulations, technology and strategic planning, andadjudication of disputes.

He headed MTNL as Chairman and Managing Director for about two years and was on the board of MTNL formore than 8 years as Director (Technical). Functioning as the Chief Technical Officer, he was responsible forinduction of technologies, planning, etc. He was instrumental in bringing Broadband and 3G mobiletechnologies in India. Past assignments include working as Director in the Department ofTelecommunications where he helped in formulating and implementing the liberalization policy of theGovernment.

He holds Doctorate, MBA and Engineering degrees and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Electronics andTelecommunications Engineers.

Mr. Harsh Dhingra joined Bombardier Transportation in October 2010 and currently heading BT-India as ChiefCountry Representative and also as a Director in the Management Board.

He is an Electrical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering, a premium institute of Delhi University and hasdone Post Graduation in Management with specialization in marketing from Delhi.

He is a seasoned Engineering and Management professional with over 25 years of rich and contributingexperience in the field in the Rail and Metro Transportation Segment. The experience varies from Marketing& Business Development, Product development, Project and Contract Management, Project Investmentanalysis and Overall Company Strategic Management.

Have worked in corporates which has a direct focus on Rail Segment (Companies - Bombardier, MitsubishiCorporation and Crompton Greaves), Very well exposed to working at Multinational Company andMulticultural setup of consortiums.

One of the senior rail transportation industry personnel out of India who has been playing an active role intransforming rail transportation sector in India, liaising with government officials in defining policies forprojects and placing India’s rail industry on the global map.

Mr. Avirup is a Partner at IndusLaw and has over 11 years of experience in advising on high-profile and highlycomplex project developments and the buying and selling of project assets in the Energy and Infrastructuresector. In particular he advises Indian and foreign clients on concession agreements, project developmentcontracts (such as EPC & O&M Contracts and Concession Agreements), bid documentation and bid strategy,long-term off-take and supply arrangements and regulatory issues in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

He has also advised both public and private sector organisations (including various multilateral agencies suchas IFC, World Bank and ADB) in structuring PPP projects in various sectors such as healthcare, energy andtransport.

Prior to joining IndusLaw, Avirup was a partner at HSA Advocates and prior to that, Avirup was a Counsel atTrilegal and spent two years with Herbert Smith Freehills in its London office.

Will is a leading expert in sustainable development with documented expertise in successfully delivering highperforming developments. Will has a solid understanding of asset management & strategic developmentplanning and has delivered projects in Australia, Sweden, India, UAE, Lithuania amongst others.

Currently advising Swedish Aviation Authority (Swedavia) on development of Stockholm International Airportas per vision 2050. Will has been part of early investigations on the sustainability ambitions and been part ofthe budget discussions and estimations that were used by Swedavia Board for investment decisions. Newinvestments being undertaken by Swedavia are one of the biggest ever done in the history of SwedishAviation.

Ms. Shinjini Kumar has 25 years of experience in banking and financial services in India. She is currentlyworking at Paytm leading the payments bank initiative. Prior to joining Paytm, Shinjini has held seniorpositions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Bank of America-Merill Lynch. Shewrites regularly on banking policy matters and participates in conference and seminars in India and overseas.

At PwC, Shinjini’s clients included multinational banks and financial institutions, including capital marketsentities, that sought to establish or grow their presence in India or align their, governance, productgovernance, compliance or anti money laundering frameworks with local regulations. She worked extensivelywith non-bank financial services, micro finance and payments companies, advising them on business set upand regulatory compliance. She has also worked with multiple Payments and Small Banks aspirants andlicensees.

In her stint at the RBI, Shinjini has worked on Foreign Direct Investments and other foreign exchange relatedmatters and conducted on site and off site supervision of banks and non bank finance companies (NBFCs). Inher last assignment at the RBI, Shinjini was the Principal Inspecting Office for some of the largest foreignbanks operating in India.

Conceived, designed and implemented the first 139 service for Railway information. This idea was ratedamong the top ten ideas which turned around the Railways. The passenger information service which was acost centre to the Railways was converted to a model which could self finance, scale and provide betterservice to passengers.

Created a collaborative platform for broadband delivery called RailWire. The service empowers local cableoperators and entrepreneurs to deliver broadband and increase their ARPU while opening up B2Copportunities for RailTel. The service currently has about 1 lakh subscribers, 2500 partners and growing.

Conceived the Railway Station Wi-Fi as a platform for digital inclusion and pursued the idea internally andwith Google for realizing the same. Responsible for Google’s engagement with RailTel on the 400 stations Wi-Fi project which was announced by Prime Minister Modi during his US visit. Also created a Wi-Fientrepreneur model for smaller stations.

Innovated on the procurement model to build a hosted video conferencing service TPaaS ( Tele-Presence asa Service) for government and public sector institutions and helped RailTel move up the value chain on theservices. The service is getting good traction in the Railways and other ministries.

Conceptualised idea of the Railway Display Network which will connect addressable displays across 2000+Railway stations. The RDN will change the look and feel of stations and convey real time information topassengers in a more relevant manner and has the potential to create a billion dollar business by creating anad platform which will leverage context, auction engine and programmatic buying to unlock the value of thefootfalls in the stations.

Mr. Alok Kshirsagar is a Director (Senior Partner) with McKinsey & Company with broad experience inperformance improvement and growth initiatives through his time in the firm’s London, New York andMumbai offices.

Mr. Alok leads McKinsey's Asia Risk Management Practice, which works with clients across industry sectors tobuild resilient business models and increase returns in uncertain markets. He has also led the McKinsey AsiaCentre – a special initiative to mobilize the best insights, capabilities and relationships to help leading Asianand western Multinational companies capture the full value of globalization. He also co-leads McKinsey’srelationships with various Government of India committees focused on Infrastructure development. He is thePresident of the National Association for the Blind, in Karnataka .He is also on the Next Gen Leaders Board forthe Indian School of Business, the Board of Parliamentary Research Services (PRS).

The World Economic Forum named Alok a "Young Global Leader" in 2012 in recognition of his commitmentto international business and public policy.

Mr. Alok received a postgraduate degree in Politics and Economics from Oxford University, where he was anInlaks Scholar. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai where he was aNational Merit Scholar.

Mr. Himanshu leads partnerships and marketing for BlaBlaCar in India. BlaBlaCar is the world's largest carridesharing network with more than 30 million members across 22 countries.

Prior to BlaBlaCar, Himanshu worked as a management consultant with two of the major global consultingfirms - Booz & Company, and McKinsey & Company. He consulted with clients across India and Middle Easton strategy and operational topics in Consumer & Retail, and Technology sectors.

He is a PGP 2013 from IIM Ahmedabad, and a BE in Information Technology from Punjab Engineering College(2009). In his free time, he likes to run and catch up on theatre.

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar LohiaCEO, IR Station Development Corporation

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Lohia belongs to the prestigious Indian Railways Service of Engineers (IRSE) and has morethan 28 years of experience in the transport and urban development sectors especially in Urban and Railbased transportation systems. He is presently CEO of the Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation(IRSDC) leading the world’s largest Transit Oriented Development (TOD) and PPP programme. While in theMinistry of Urban Development (MoUD), Government of India as Director and then an Officer on SpecialDuty (Urban Transport) and Ex-officio Joint Secretary, he was instrumental in evolving a National UrbanTransport Policy, drafting working group reports for urban transport for two National Five-year Plans as wellas National Transport Development Policy Committee, introduction of metro rail systems in about 15 cities,transforming bus transport scene in India through pioneering bus rapid transit systems as well asintroduction of modern city bus service, development of first ever urban bus specifications with all intelligenttransport systems, driving various reforms in the field of urban transport, establishment of centres ofexcellence in Urban Transport, private financing and participation in the urban transport sector, structuringPPPs, development of TOD policy, comprehensive mobility planning of numerous cities and in evolvingmechanisms to benchmark urban transport performance in India. He has served as Director in various metrorail corporations in India.

Besides being in public service, Lohia has been a guest faculty at IIM-Ahmedabad for Managementdevelopment program on Urban Transport and Financing; at Centre for Environment Planning andTechnology, Ahmedabad; and at School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.

Lohia is a National Talent Search scholar and merit cum means scholar from India’s premier Indian Instituteof Technology (IIT-Delhi) with MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering. He is presentlypursuing his PhD in Urban Transportation from IIT Delhi. He is also a prestigious Chevening GurukulLeadership and Governance fellow 2014 in public policy from Kings College, London.

Mr. Deepak ChatterjeeCEO, IIFCL Projects

Mr. Deepak Chatterjee joined as CEO of IIFCL Projects Ltd., New Delhi (a wholly owned subsidiary of IIFCL) inJune 2014. Prior to this Mr. Chatterjee has spent 35 years in State Bank of India. He joined that bank asProbationary Officer in 1978. He has worked in various assignments including in areas like credit, consultancyfor SSIs, NRI banking, international banking, investment banking, branch head and a tenure abroad. His lastassignment was MD&CEO of SBI Mutual Fund, the asset management subsidiary of SBI with assets undermanagement of approx. Rs. 1 lakh crores. He held that position for three years from 2010 to 2013. He wasalso Head, North India of SBI Capital Markets Ltd., SBI’s investment banking arm, for almost 5 years. Inbetween, in SBI, he has headed the FIG group as General Manager, in international banking and wasresponsible for fund raising for SBI outside India, through MTN issuances. While posted in Antwerp, Belgium,Mr. Chatterjee was head of trade and forex in the BENELUX countries. A Science post graduate, he has donehis MBA from FMS, Delhi University. As a person of varied interests, he has authored a book on happinesstitled, ‘Are You Really Happy?” which has won him an international recognition (Category Finalist of EricHoffer Award, 2014).

Shri V.Kalyana Rama, Director (Projects & Services), Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) is aMechanical Engineer. He is an IRTS officer. He also worked in BHEL and BHPV. He has held variouschallenging assignments in his career. He was Regional In-charge of Southern Region and South CentreRegion of CONCOR before becoming Director. He has been professionally trained both in Railways and inMulti modal Transport Logistics. He was instrumental in development of container depots in South Centraland Southern Region of CONCOR. He has been involved in all the developmental planning and operationalactivities of EXIM and Domestic cargo at the various dry port terminals of CONCOR.

He was also Chief Executive Officer, Infinite Logistic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He has wide experience ofEngineering, System design, Railway & multi-modal operations.

He was trained in Multi-Modal Logistics in Germany and Belgium.

He will be taking over as Chairman & Managing Director of Container Corporation of India Limited on 1st

October, 2016.
