Welcome from the ACCS President On behalf of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery I would like to invite you to Cosmetex 2013, the largest Scientific Congress in Australasia devoted exclusively to Cosmetic Medicine and Cosmetic Surgery. We are again aiming to provide registrants with an exciting, high quality educational experience.
Demand for these services is high and innovation in both techniques and products continues to rapidly evolve. There is a wealth of international experts and keynote speakers sharing their knowledge with supporting Workshops, Interactive Panel discussions and a tailor-made Paramedical Program.
I look forward to meeting you in Melbourne and hope you find the program personally rewarding.
Dr Colin Moore | President ACCS
Invitation from Program Chair Welcome to Melbourne, and welcome to Cosmetex 2013!
In the program you will discover an up-to-date coverage of all the most relevant topics in the cosmetic medical and surgical industry, with local and international experts to learn from, and interact with.
Our paramedical program explores business, marketing and organisational areas and will be of interest to those undertaking non-medical work in the cosmetic surgical/medical industry. Industry specialists will give you ideas on how to improve your patient experience and business efficiency.
Just about every important industry company will be showcasing their products or services in the exhibitor hall - another quick and easy way to see what’s new and what’s happening in the field.
Cosmetex also invites you to the many social activities planned for the conference; it’s an opportunity to catch up with old friends, meet new ones, and socialise with people from your industry in a relaxed way.
The conference is well located in its proximity to the beautiful city of Melbourne and I would encourage you to take some time to discover some of the city’s many colourful, hidden laneways.
Sincerely,
Dr David Topchian | Academic Committee Chair
