As a business owner or event manager, you will partner with a venue coordinator who will be on hand or on call until the conclusion of your event. Through the planning stages your designated venue coordinator will work closely with the rest of our team and our supplies on your behalf, allowing you the time to focus on what’s important to you.

You can rest assured, with peace of mind that our preferred local partners are carefully selected to ensure a consistent standard of superb quality across all areas of event management. Better yet, our full-time IT service technician is always on hand to make sure any technology runs on time, exactly how it should.
