SFA Launch Para Football Association On the 18th February the SFA held a conference at the Inverclyde National Sports Training Centre in Largs to launch the Para Football Association. Representatives from all Para Football groups attended including Willie Pettigrew, Ryan Galloway and Craig Peattie for Powerchair Football. An interesting day discussing the format of the association as well as some guest speakers including MSP Aileen Campbell and Ashley Reid from Amputee Football who gave a fantastic insight into the world of PR. The Para Football Association has put over £100,000 of funding towards Para Football groups and are really supporting all areas in developing their sport. Within Powerchair football we have had fantastic support with funding and advise from David McArdle and we look forward to developing Powerchair football within the Para Football umbrella. SPFA Development weekend

May 19th and 20th will see the first training weekend for our National Squad as we continue to build

Glasgow Gladiators & Glasgow Galdiator Bravehearts

Based at Craigholme in Glasgow. Under the guise of

Queens Park Gladiators won and finished runner up in

the 2015 League Cup

Lothian Wolves

Based at the Oriam in Edinburgh, our newest club

are currently in their first full season

South Ayrshire Tigers

Based in the Whittlets Centre in Ayr, Tigers are yet to win

their first honour but currently battling near the top of the

Premiership

Tayside Dynamos

Based in Forfar & Dundee, Tayside are our most deco-

rated club currently holding all three cups in their glitter-

ing cabinet.

Clyde Alba & Clyde Caledonia

Based in Cumbernauld, Clyde Caledonia were the

first winners of the Scottish Cup and Clyde Alba the

first Scottish League winners
