PRE-BOOKED EXCURSIONS The Bilene area is well known for it’s wide range of activities, from 4x4 trails, to lagoon cruises, village tours, watersports and fishing. Every activity is seasonal so please enquire and book ahead of time!

The Restaurant and Conference Venue can cater for up to 80 guests overlooking the peaceful lagoon and private beach area. Participants may choose to have their meals and breaks served either inside or outside, weather depending. Menus can be adjusted to suite group and conference needs. WHAT TO CONSIDER – VILLA N’BANGA UNIQUE CONFERENCES PROVIDE US WITH INFORMATION Please take note to fill in and return our CONFERENCE BOOKING and CONFERENCE CHECK-IN forms. In order to ensure that your conference runs smoothly we need to be organized. The staff will need access to your Daily Agendas, and need to be informed of seating arrangements, special meal/dietary requirements, as well as how each individual’s accounts must be handled. The more you tell us, the better we can serve you. TRANSPORT Remember, your conference at Villa N’Banga is part of a unique experience. Villa N’Banga may provide Transfers in small groups from Praia do Bilene to the Accommodation and Meeting Area. However- for larger groups, groups staying in our holiday homes, and groups wishing to travel independently, private 4x4 vehicles will be required. BASIC TECHNOLOGY It is important that we emphasize that Villa N’Banga’s Conferences are targeted for people looking to get away, focus, and allow the environment to inspire their work. This being said, it is important that you do not depend on modern technology! We may provide a single Internet workstation only (many guests work off their own personal 3G cards), and we cannot account for problems incurring due to poor reception and/or signal. PLUGS/EXTENSIONS/ADAPTORS Please remember to bring suitable extensions and adaptors for all your laptops and equipment. Villa N’Banga will equip the meeting room to the acceptable standard however; we cannot be responsible for each individual’s personal equipment.
