The Wayne County Humane Society stated that this alone was obstruction of justice!!!!

When Jane attempted to console the animals as they were ripped away, she was accused of tampering with evidence. There was no veterinarian on site and no law enforcement.

Wayne County Humane Society wanted no one to see or know what they were really doing!

Although continually threatened with arrest , Jane Smith had the presence of mind to take pictures as the tragedy unfolded. However, Jane and her witnesses were told that they would be arrested for simply being there and for Jane taking pictures.

Pictures of the seized animals were never shown and the animals were hidden away for seven months behind locked doors and newspaper-covered windows, where only “approved” Wayne County Humane Society personnel were allowed to see them and provide minimal care. The employees and volunteers were forced to sign “non-disclosure” forms. Multiple requests for an outside veterinarian, Jane’s attorney or anyone else to see the animals were denied.

In fact, many of Jane’s dogs never appearedon the WCHS adoption page even after Jane’s sentencing.

Where are they now? Are they even alive? Let me ask you some questions!

Page 3: Condition

If the dogs were covered in urine and feces,as claimed by WCHS:

Why are these people not wearing gloves?

Why are the dogs held against their clothes and not walked out with the slip leashes they brought?

Why are the clothes of those that carried the dogs, not soiled or stained?

Do you seen urine or feces on the dogs?

Wayne County Humane Society Director Stuart Mykrantz checking his list on this

supposedly “filthy and feces covered” little dog. Notice that, despite claims of bad air quality,

this team member is not wearing a mask and her eyes

are not tearing.

Page 8: Condition

No feces on shirt, just a very clean, scared little dog!

If the air quality was bad as WCHS testified:

Why are these people not coughing, eyes watering, appearing to have trouble breathing and not wearing face masks?

Why were the dogs healthy with no coughing, respiratory ailments or other signs of difficulty breathing?

Why were the birds who are sensitive to air quality, also seized when they were healthy, as later confirmed by Wayne County Humane Society’s veterinarian?

Page 12: Condition

No evidence of poor air quality – mask not even in place – booties clean (even though being worn outside) . . . No

tearing or evidence of distress!

Question:

WHY DID NO ONE GET TO SEE PICTURES OF THE SEIZURE AND PICTURES OF THESE DOGS?

Answer:

BECAUSE THEY WERE HAPPY, HEALTHY DOGS AT BRIGHT FUTURES RESCUE AND WAYNE COUNTY DOES NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT!
