CONCERT & DINING PACKAGE – SIMPLY RED

AT BIMBADGEN ESTATE

Thank you for booking a Concert & Dining package at Bimbadgen Estate on Saturday 2 October to enjoy

SIMPLY RED & MARCIA HINES. This package includes a serviced bar and dining area in a deluxe

marquee at the perimeter of the venue and a reserved seat within the Bimbadgen Estate amphitheatre.

Arrival:

Please aim to arrive at the venue by 1.45pm for a 2pm commencement. If you wish to park in the Concert

& Dining Car Park, you must display the Car Park ticket (enclosed) on your dashboard.

If travelling by coach or getting dropped off you will be required to walk from the !drop-off" area and enter

the venue through the Concert & Dining Entry Gate. Please note, the Concert & Dining Entry Gate is

located beside Entry 2 and highlighted on attached Bimbadgen Site Map.

Present your Ticketmaster ticket at the Concert & Dining entry gate and make your way to the Concert &

Dining Marquee. At the Marquee entrance, you will be issued a wristband. You must wear your

wristband at all times to access and obtain complimentary service in this area. The dress code in the

Marquee is neat casual. Please retain your Ticketmaster ticket as you will need to show the ushers when

you move to your reserved seat to watch the concert.

Food & Beverage Service:

Your three course lunch & beverage package will commence with half an hour of !Welcome" canapés and

Bimbadgen Ridge Sparkling wine served from 2.00pm. Your dinner will be catered for by the award

winning Esca Bimbadgen Restaurant and will be accompanied by a selection of premium Bimbadgen

Wines, premium beer and soft drinks. This beverage will cease 1 hour before the close of the concert,

approx 6.45pm.

Seating at shared tables (of 10) will be booked to ensure the comfort of all guests in the marquee. If you

wish to be seated with other friends or colleagues, please contact Amii Neumann at Bimbadgen Estate

on 02 4998 4600 after purchasing your tickets to arrange your table booking number.

You will be dining in a luxury marquee overlooking lush Hunter Valley vineyards across to the Barrington

Ranges on the horizon, however this marquee does not have direct view of the stage. Each ticket has an

allocated seat in the Concert and Dining section of the reserved seating area to view the

performances – see seating chart below. Our marquee MC will keep you up to date with the day"s

proceedings, from welcome to goodnight.

Your deluxe marquee is situated away from stage and is there for your dining comfort and as an

exclusive, personal retreat for the day.

2.00pm !Welcome" Canapés and Sparkling

Chefs Selection of Local and Seasonal Canapés

3.00pm Entrees – alternate serve

BBQ pork, roasted vegetable & bocconcini salad with balsamic dressing

or

Smoked salmon tartae, chive crème fraiche, toast fingers and salmon roe

4.00pm Main – alternate serve

Roasted fillet of beef, paris mash potato, red wine jus & truffle butter or

Fillet of roasted salmon, sauce vierge and potato gnocchi
