A number of tourist destinations which include Amabere falls and caves, crater lakes as well as the Rwenzori mountains make this region unique. Water is a symbol of life in this community. The proposed cultural center will therefore incoporate water features in form of ponds and waterfalls in its design. Having water features enhances the functional aspects of a space and as well as maintain the element of nature (blends in with the existing environment.) The water features act as organising design elements.
