Details.

1. 17 building , 2 floors each.

2. 29 Nashuatec copiers, 6 HP machines and 330 desk top printers at least.

3. The ACV done on machines (excluding desktop printers) for Y2010 was 6,670,000 B&W + 1,600,000 Col copies/prints.

4. AV cost per year (excluding printers) is roughly around 1,100,000 QR.

5. The toner cost per year for above is around 130,000 QR.

6. The running cost of desktop printers is usually higher by 3 times for the same amount of copies/prints.

7. Note that paper cost is not included in above calculations.
