To prevent viruses you can get anti-virus software but you will need to update this everyday as new viruses are made everyday.

You can also not open emails as this is the most likely source which will have one in.

It is important to Back up your work because if you delete something you have a extra copy. Also in case you lose your memory stick and it’s only on that. It can save you getting into a lot of trouble.
