4.1 Company Organization For the immediate future the company will remain a sole-proprietorship under the operation of Mr. McKinney. All managers will be responsible to Mr.McKinney for the operation of their areas.

Jeremiah V. N. McKinney, Sr. - Founder and operator of Computer Cleaners Plus. Started his ITexperience as an Radioman Seaman Recruit in the United States Navy in December 1994.Through a combination of training and the merging of the Radioman with the Navy s DataProcessors, Jeremiah was then reclassified as an Information Systems Technician in the Navy.Jeremiah spent 15 years in the U. S. Navy and was Honorably discharged on July 28, 2010. He isSecurity + Certified, and holds many certificates of training completion from the Navy andLearning Tree International. Jeremiah is currently pursuing his Bachelors of Arts in BusinessAdministration from Devry University.

Melissa S. McKinney Manager Melissa has had many years of experience as manager of several restaurants for the last 13 years. Her expertise is in customer service and marketingstrategies.
