CompTIA Testing Voucher Order Form Instructions: Please fill out this form completely – all information is required. Your test voucher number will be emailed to you so please ensure that you provide a valid email address. Payment will be accepted by credit/debit card or cash only. Email the completed form to the email address above or fax it to the number provided. You may also bring it by the bookstore if you do not want to provide your credit card information or wish to pay in cash. Please allow at least 72 working day hours for the delivery of your voucher number after you submit your completed order form.

Important: All vouchers are pre-paid. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable. Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue and voucher expiration dates cannot be extended. The exam must be taken by the voucher expiration date.

Vouchers are good for the CompTIA Academy (E2C) certificate exams. Academy exams are the same as the standard exams except they have a different number to indicate that a person from an educational institute which is participating in the CompTIA Academy program, is taking the test. Students with vouchers should indicate the CompTIA Academy (E2C) exam numbers when registering for the test or the vouchers given at the LPC bookstore will NOT be accepted by the testing center.
