All Shortlethomes properties must provide 24-7 security, 24-7 electricity, minimum 10mbps internet speed, clean towels and bedsheets, Netflix, DSTV, hand sanitisers, kitchen utensils, microwave, cooker, fridge freezer. If your property does not meet our requirement we can do the interior decoration for you and we charge between N6m - N18m depending on size.
