Toolbox or custom, PerkinElmer assays fit your research

3H-SAM – adenosyl-L-methionine, S-[methyl-3H] – can be used generically regardless of the methyltransferase substrate. Highly sensitive and capable of quantitatively measuring direct methyl transfer, 3H-SAM expands your screening ability. Even low-activity enzymes can be measured with specificity. Format your assays with SPA (scintillation proximity assay) to enable your radiometric assay for speed, sensitivity and versatility with no separation steps.

Alpha Technology assays are unique because they can measure nearly any biological interaction, when Donor and Acceptor beads are brought into proximity over large complex ranges. The Alpha toolbox lets you build custom assays with a range of uncoated beads that can be conjugated or ready-to-use beads coated with a variety of molecules. Building your reader, writer or eraser assays is easy and cost-effective with Alpha Technology.

LANCE toolbox reagents and custom labeling can be used to develop your assay, no matter what you want to study.
