All natural teeth were extracted and replaced with upper and lower complete dentures.



Before frame with remaining teeth that are discolored with multiple problems with recurrent decay and gum disease.

After frame – teeth replaced with upper and lower dentures.



Patient upper denture and lower denture.



All the teeth have been extracted. Note the collapse of the facial profile. Second frame restores the facial profile with new complete dentures.



Second case with all the teeth extracted and replaced with complete upper and lower dentures.



All upper teeth are extracted and replaced with a complete upper denture. Notice the improved symmetry and improved bite relationship.



Again all the remaining teeth are extracted and replaced with complete upper and lower dentures.

Case #4 Before & After with Frames


Patient with old existing denture with worn denture teeth. New denture with new denture teeth modified to improve the

esthetics.

Case #5 - Before & After with Frames


Before frame – Patient presents as a 45 year old male with grossly mutilated remaining teeth that are clearly unaesthetic.

After frame – All Teeth replaced with dental implant supported prosthetics. The mandibular teeth are replaced with a fixed prosthesis screwed to 4 dental implants. The upper teeth replaced with a removable denture supported by 4 implants.

Case #5 – Upper Teeth Replaced


Upper teeth replaced with an overdenture supported by 4 dental implants Note that the palate has been reduced to a “U” shaped design with metal. The patient comments favorably based on the reduction in bulk and increased

room for his tongue. Improved aesthetics & speech.
