a. Family means: Husband, Wife and Four Children up to the age of eighteen (18)b. The premium amounts mentioned are inclusive of currently applicable government

taxes/ levies i.e. Federal Insurance Fee of 1%, Federal Excise Duty of 16%, Stamp DutyPKR 20 and Administrative Surcharge of 5% with the maximum of PKR 3,000. Anychange in these taxes will affect the premium accordingly.
