The Public has not been made aware of who is paying for either the campaign

signs or the campaign mailers. The Sponsorship information required by RCW

42.17A.320 is not present.

The Public has not been informed, via the campaign signs, of the candidate’s

affiliation. The Party Designation required by RCW 42.17A.320 is not present.

The candidate’s mailer is two-sided. The other side of the mailer is devoted

exclusively to the campaign of another candidate. There is no indication in

available Public Records of how contributions for a different office were made.
