Use this template to check out what your competition are up to. How can you make your content better than theirs? Are they using video? Are they that active? How can you make them wake up one day and think “How did we get so outof date and boring?”
Pick at least 3 of the competition and fill out the guide to make sure your content trumps theirs.

Channels = Linked In, Twitter, YouTube etc. Note down the numbers they have as a following on each platformthey are using.
What are they doing well?
How is their design and attention to detail? Are they creating content on a regular basis? When did they last update their blog? Do they get a lot of shares? Do they appear to “own” a particular topic? Are they using video?
