History

FoedererDFK was established in 1961 in Eindhoven by the late Mr J. Foederer RA (certified public accountant).

In the course of nearly 50 years our organization has seen a strong growth, both autonomously as through take-over purchases. Over the years, FoedererDFK has, among others, taken over Peek Accountants, Meurs & Partners en Van Heugten-Daams.


InternationalThe Dutch business life internationalizes. The demand for cross-border advice increases. FoedererDFK has been a member of the international collaboration in the field of accountancy and tax law business for years.

Important in this respect is the cooperation with DFK International: a network of independent accountancy offices in more than 70 countries. FoedererDFK has been an independent member of DFK International since 1989.

Therefore, FoedererDFK can be of service to you across borders as it is an internationally working accountancy office.


Organization

FoedererDFK is the trading name of the private limited company “Accountancy office Foederer BV”, with its registered office in Eindhoven and registered by the Chamber of Commerce under number 17034844.

All the Dutch offices have been subsumed under this private limited company with exception of ACA and FoedererDFK Hasselt (Belgium).

All services are performed within this semi-national network.


Organization

The partners and shareholders take direct part in the trading partnership’s capital or by means of a professional corporation.

The management of FoedererDFK consists of four persons: Mr J.G.F. (Johan) Daams RA, Mr B.J.M. (Ben) Beekwilder RA, Mr G.J.T.M. (Bart) van de Wijdeven RA

under the chairmanship of the general manager Mr J.G.F. (Johan) Daams RA.

Furthermore, FoedererDFK has a board of supervisory directors. For the time being, Mr H.J.M. (Harrie) van Houts RA is the only member of the board. He is also the Chairman of the board.

Moreover, in Belgium we also have highly qualified accountants (members of the institution of accountants (Instituut der accountants, IDAC)), revisers and tax specialists.


Employees

Our accountants and tax specialists are highly educated and they have a broad practical experience. Sharing knowledge and continuing education are important spearheads of our enterprise. FoedererDFK has its own knowledge centre. It has its own technical committees in the areas of accountancy (assurance / preparation) and tax law. Teachers of the University of Tilburg and Amsterdam are also linked to this knowledge centre.
