Pauletta Ward, Chief Financial OfficerPauletta Ward is the Chief Financial Officer for the Ropella Group and has been with the company since 2001.

Jeff Bennett, Vice President, Client Services

Jeff is a native of Milton, FL and attended the University of West Florida, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Criminal Justice. In college, he was on the Mock Trial team and later interned at the State Attorney’s office as a law clerk before coming to Ropella. He currently enjoys sports, running 5K’s, and competing in Triathlons.

As Vice President of Client Services for the Ropella Group, Jeff serves as a liaison between

clients and Ropella’s recruiting team managers. Additionally, he is responsible for leading trade show efforts and meeting and visiting with clients and negotiating business arrangements.

Jeff currently resides in Milton, FL with his wife, Jackie, and their two children, Allie and Troy.

James Raffield, IT DirectorBorn and raised in the Milton, FL area, James has been with Ropella for many years as both an Executive Search Consultant and Manager of IT. He was active in sports during his high school years and was nominated MVP by his soccer team. He served nearly four years in the US Army in Communications, and went into computer repair and maintenance after that. At Ropella, he services all of the company’s software, database systems, and technical infrastructure, enabling Ropella to operate smoothly.

In his spare time, James enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He enjoys photography and provides video and photography services within the wedding industry on the side. A man of many talents and interests, James is a valuable asset to the Ropella team.
