We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as a fast growing, professionally run, apparel & other sewn products manufacturer. The company was founded in 1994 and in our eighteen years of operations, we have built our current capacities to a level where we can manufacture and ship 150,000 garments per month.

We are located at 218 Udyog Vihar, Phase I, in Gurgaon, a suburb of New Delhi, conveniently located only 30 minutes from the International Airport. Our head quarters is a 90,000 square foot state of the art facility that allows us to sample, cut, stitch, embellish, wash, finish & pack all of our products under one roof.

Our management team is made up of professionals with years of experience in the garment and textile industries. Our Managing Director, Mr. Animesh Saxena, has an MBA from Benares University and has been with the company since inception, taking the top post in 1997. Our Department Heads in Production, Sourcing, R&D, Quality Control and Merchandising all have at least 10 years of experience in their respective fields. Many of them have been with the company since the first day of operation and have decided to stay and grow with the organization. Further, on our Board of Directors are members with vast experiences in related and unrelated industries, who provide the company with vision & strategic planning.

Our product capabilities include styles across a wide array of fabrics and garment constructions in Woven as well as in Knits. In Woven, we regularly handle all weights of denim & twill (4 oz to 14 oz), linen, fine and coarse cottons, tapestries, yarn dyed and handloom cottons, rayon, rayon crepes, georgettes, satins and silk. We are extremely good at any and all embellishments, including embroideries, appliqués, sequins work, beadwork, the use of laces, tapes, fringes, etc. More than 50% of the garments we ship have prominent embellishes. In knit- wear, we have used cotton, viscose, polyamide, polyester, acrylic, woolen and lycra yarns. Again, in most cases, our knit wear has some added value via sewing details, embellishments or prints.

Our expertise in denim garments has made us an industry leader and we have strong relationships with all the major denim producers in India, especially at Arvind & KG Mills. Further, our laundry can do specific finishes, i.e. a variety of enzyme and other chemical washes & processes, garment over dyes, tinting and environmentally friendly hand done fading techniques. Not only do we use these washes/processes on denims but also on other cotton woven & knits (canvas, twills, voiles, jersey etc).

Our ability to provide a woven or knitted product with wash effect, softness in hand feel and embellishment provides us with a competitive edge over other manufacturers. We have the ability to manufacture, wash and embellish within our facility; no outsourcing is required.

Our current stitching plant consists of over 700 regular and specialized machines. Our laundry capacity is over 1000 kgs (2250 pounds) per cycle with additional Dry Cleaning Machines. We have infrastructure for garment dyeing / tie-dyeing, where we can control consistency in large batches. Further, the effluence from the Dyeing and Washing Plants is filtered through our treatment plant to insure environmental safety as per Govt. Standards.

Our pattern / marker making is done on the latest Optitex & Gerber Software Systems; we have the ability to translate any electronic patterns / markets sent to us in .dxf formats.

We currently have three 20 head computer embroidery machines and a four head sampling machine along with the necessary design staff for a fully functional Embroidery Dept.

Our core philosophy is to understand our customer's needs and to build a manufacturing process that meets their specific requirements. For nearly 20 years, we have produced demanding fashion and luxury products for an international clientele of Brands & Retailers.

In our continued efforts to improve our quality and efficiency, we have embarked on an effort to transform ourselves to a Lean Organization. To assist us in this transformation, we have partnered with a leading international consulting firm specializing in the apparel industry and having proven methodologies for success.

Thus far, we have implemented a culture embodying the values of 5S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize & Sustain) and have already converted one production floor to a modular format where the garments are sewn, finished and packed within an earmarked area of 1000 square feet. Further, we have created systematic reviews and training sessions for all our staff in better preparing them for tomorrows challenges.

These changes have empowered our employees to react quickly to potential problems and remain focused on individual and team goals.

Through our memberships and relationships with various Govt. and private organizations, we have formed an agreement with IL&FS (Infrastructure, Leasing & Financial Services Ltd.) and the Govt. of India to create a tailor training center within our premises. Using proprietary teaching techniques, we are giving free training to 20 – 25 unskilled persons on a monthly basis to offer them a better future for advancement in our industry. We also provide regular skill enhancement courses to all our workers to further improve their abilities in order to empower them for further growth.

On a semi annual basis, we organize and provide a voluntary complimentary health care check for all employees. We also regularly organize in factory seminars from leading experts on issues related to well being, spirituality and personal growth.

We are socially compliant and currently certified by BSCI, SEDEX and SA 8000.
