TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 01. The parties and/or their affiliates of what so ever nature shall not, in any shall not in any manner, sol kit and/or accept any business from sources that have been made available by and through the parties hereto, nor in any manner shall access, sol kit and/or conduct any transaction with such said sources, without and specify permission of the party who made such said sources available. The Parties shall maintain complete confidentiality regarding each other's business and / or their affiliates and shall only disclose knowledge pertaining to these specifically named Parties as permitted by the concerned party, unless agreed and granted an expressed written Permission of and by the Party whom made the source available. 02. The parties shall not in any way what so ever circumvent each other and / or attempt such circumvention of each other and / or any of the parties involved in any of the transactions the parties wish to enter and to the best and proprietary information established are not altered. 03. The parties shall not disclose any contact revealed by either Party to any third Parties as they fully recognized such information and contact (s) of the respective Party, and shall not enter into direct and / or indirect offers, negotiations and / or transaction with such contacts revealed by the other Party who made the contact (s) available. 04. In the event of circumvention by any of the undersigned Parties, whether direct and / or indirect, the circumvented Party shall be entitled to a legal monetary compensation equal to the maximum serve it should realize from such a transaction, plus any and all expenses, including any and all legal fees incurred in lieu of recovery of such compensation. 05. All considerations, benefits, bonuses, participation, fees, and/or export Profits commissions received as a result of the contributions of the Parties to this and distributed as mutually agreed between both the Parties concerned specify arrangements, for each transaction shall be made available and/or submitted to the recipient on the very day due and payable as per each and every transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Diesel Gas D2 GOST 305-82, Aviation Kerosene Colonial Grade 54 Jet Fuel Urea (Prilled & Granular) Mazut-100 GOST 1058575, LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas), Bitumen) 60/70, REBCO GOST, Liquefied Petroleum Gas, & JP-A1.

PROCEDURE: ZAO RESOIL Europe (AG) has several leading Buyer’s and they only attend to buyer who is ready and willing to abide with their working procedure. ZAO RESOIL Europe (AG) will not conduct any type of business with Brokers/ Traders Mandates unless they can provide and prove that the Buyer has indeed instructed them to act on their behalf.

We also like to talk directly with the real Buyer’s or Buyer’s Mandate to negotiate terms, conditions and procedures with them. The terms, conditions, and procedure are simple, that is: seller immediately provides proof of product and buyer immediately provides proof of funds, an exchange is made, and all

LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS LNG: Energy density and other physical properties The heating value depends on the source of gas that is used and the process that is used to liquefy the gas. The higher heating value of LNG is estimated to be 24 MJ/L. The lower heating value of LNG is 21 MJ/L or 563623 BTU/ft3. For the purpose of comparison of different fuels, the heating value is also known as the energy density expressed in MJ/L or the gasoline gallon equivalent expressed in BTU/ft3. The energy density of LNG is 2.4 times greater than that of LNG, which makes it economical to transport natural gas by ship in the form of LNG. The energy density of LNG is comparable to propane and ethanol but is only 60% that of diesel and 70% that of gasoline. The density of LNG is roughly 0.41 kg/L to 0.5 kg/L, depending on temperature, pressure and composition, compared to water at 1.0 kg/L.

OIL PRODUCTS DISTILLATION Crude oil processed:

One barrel of oil is 42 gallons. When the barrel is processed, you may get depending on the process and refinery the following quantities:

o 15 Gallons of gasoline o 9 Gallons of fuel oil (Gas

oil / D2) o 10 Gallons of jet

fuel(Kerosene) o 4 Gallons of other

"heavy" products such as lubricants grease, asphalt / bitumen and plastics and

o 4 Gallons of lighter condensates/naphtha

In energy equivalents, 1 barrel = 42 us’ gallons of oil is estimated to be around 19.5 us’ gallons of gas (natural gas).

PRODUCTION: The natural gas fed into the LNG plant will be treated to remove water, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and other components that will freeze (e.g., benzene) under the low temperatures needed for storage or be destructive to the liquefaction facility. LNG typically contains more than 90% methane. It also contains small amounts of ethane, propane, butane, some heavier alkenes, and Nitrogen. The purification process can be designed to give almost 100% methane. One of the risks of LNG is a rapid phase transition explosion (RPT), which occurs when cold LNG comes into contact with water. The most important infrastructure needed for LNG production and transportation is an LNG plant consisting of one or more LNG trains, each of which is an independent unit for gas liquefaction.

DUE DILIGENCE: Due Diligence is a part that we ZAO RESOIL Europe (AG) are taking very serious and it is a standard procedure that we are conducting on all people we communicate and work with. We will do a stringent background check on all persons or entities we work with and if they pass our Due Diligence we will add them to our CRM. The CRM enables us to keep track of every deal, manage and schedule operations, as well as ensuring that all commission is paid punctually.
