Surveying/geoinformatics

Geoinformatics is a modern discipline with integrates acquisition, modeling, analysis, and management of spatially referenced data, i.e. data identified according to their locations.

All information about the earth and its environment must be geographically referenced in order to be useful. It incorporates surveying and many other aspects of spatial data implementation; and entails the use of terrestrial, marine, airborne and satellite-based sensors to obtain data and the process of transforming data from different sources into common information systems with well-defined accuracy characteristics for viewing, analysis and decision – making.

a. Development surveys:

TIHS is the direct investigation and execution of the variably enomorous application of surveying and geoinformatics in building, road construction, property acquisition, considerations and negotiation of development projects from their earliest planning stages through efficient problem solving to eventual completion as evidence in GSM site acquisition process, civil aviation inspections, local authority and state planning approvals of development projects and sites.

It also include the design and layout of infrastructures and urban subdivisions, mapping and control surveying foe construction projects.

b. Planning/transmission surveys:

Geospartial majors excellently in microwave transmission validation of sites and determination of LOS (Line of sight) for all telecommunication networks using pathloss the best pathlengths measurement software, mapinfo, arcgls and others in connection with relevant digital maps and data source equipments – GPS, digital cameras, total station, compass, spectrum analyzer, site master etc. these equip us to coordinate the implementation of the rollout plan (pre-planning of tower (mast) heights and positions) for telecommunication sites.

In Geoinformatics, digital imaging allows us to quantitatively analyze remotely sensed data (camera – borne or air – borne data) to solve real world problems according to the application, such as land cover mapping, environment monitoring or oceanography. It allows us also to create 3d model of the real- world.

How gps works

The ability to locate oneself on the earth and in its vicinity and navigate on its surface is a knowledge that has fascinated humankind for millennia.

The global positioning system (GPS) is a navigational tool that uses signals from satellites orbiting the earth. A Gps receiver can calculate its position beased on

the time differences of signals obtained from accurate clocks aboard the satellites. Apart from its main use for navigation, GPS is also used as an accurate time reference and to obtain position for surveying and other purposes.

c. As – built surveys:

we conduct the surveys of ongoing and built structures like towers, masts, house and bridges with the use of precision equipments accompanied with relevant documentation on deformation, resulting from structural changes in public or private infrastructure due to natural earth movement, environmental structural defects; such that early warning signals are employed in adverse situations to safe lives and infrastructures.

d. Geophysical surveys

Geophysical investigations are employed with engineering objectives in mind necessary in predicting the behaviour of earth materials in relation to the design and foundations for masts, towers, retaining walls, roads, railways, buildings, tunnels and power plants; and also primarily in the search for oil, gas and base metals.These surveys is generally identified by the property being measured and requires the use of special tools such as magnetometer, gravimeter, penetrometer, electrometer, seismometer etc. and has successfully conducted various surveys for our growing clientele as detailed in our previous projects. We also undertake mining surveys in the development of solid minerals via our manpower, skills and working relationship with all relevant local and federal authorities, landowner and environmental regulatory bodies. All geophysical contracts are handled by expect geotechnical engineers.

e. Propertiy surveys $ management

the successful management of any resource especially property, is very essential to its continuity and that of its owners, either it exists for rent, lease, outright purchase, individual or corporate use.

At SAQVENTIALS, we are equipped to undertake the determination and recording of boundaries and areas of real property parcels and the preparation and interpretation of legal descriptions for aboriginal land claims, cadastrial issues and land information management. More also, we employ our comprehensive prudence in property handling to buy, sell, lease or let your land(s) and or houses in a manner that is mutullay beneficial to your purse and future .

f. Project engineering

Project engineering is our ability to apply practical scientific and professional knowledge to the design, control and execution of spatial mapping, civial nd electrical projects unto successful completion.

TIHS requires the co-ordination of specialized skills, tools and techniques that is only “SAQVENTIALS” because as SAQVENTIALS, we engage the web of human relations and technological innovations in implementing your projects to peaceful and long lasting success, our humble experience in human and material management, building construction, civil and electrical works, large scale (network) and engineering surveying founded on professional skills, relevant softwares and application oif modern equipments and tools have recently expanded our scope into complete site built of GSM base stations vis-à-vis:

Site preparatory works, project management, construction, shelter, tower ancillary works, generator/electrical works, site-built documentation and other in-country engineering works and services. As evidenced with the attached pictures, we have built a number of sites recently for CELTEL NIGERIA <MTN and Globacom with the expertise of our engineers and project managers spread across all regions of the country, Nigeria.

Tower/mast and accessory supply, erection and maintenance:

Product are normally sourced from agents in south Africa and ranges from Hotdipped galvanized light to heavy duty. Height vary from 22m to 120m. various discussion are ongoing on possible joint venture partnership with some other foreign companies. Locally fabricated structures can be provided upon request.

Rf accessory supply and installation: Rf materials can be source from our foreign agents, or from the local market. A group of specialized personnel are available to run coaxial cables to specified height, terminate antenna/connectors, position antenna, carryout sweep feeder test, bts installation and integration etc, and are provided by our foreign agents and approved local representatives. They can be safely installed with corresponding cables, etc at the client’s heights and azimuth.

Shelter and BTS materials supply and installation: Source is as with RF above. Shelters can be assembled and fully reticulated with all necessary cabling and gadgets finalized as laid out by client requirement $ specifications or to international accepted standard mechanized workshop with multipurpose equipments. Fence supply and installation: fences products could be steel palisade or block work. The

Former could either be imported or fabricated locally.

Earth systems: these are locally available and can be performed to meet clients resistivity requirements.

Generator supply, installation and maintenance:

The company’s management has established very good relationship with major local generator companies/agents. Soundproof can be provided if necessary. Pools of experienced technicians are always on hand for installation as par clients needs relating to flow switch, fuel/water separator, etc. outboard tanks to any capacity can be fabricated to complement fuel supply.

Civil work:

TIHS includes foundation, roads and other building activities. Different crews are available for these activities using standard practice and equipment to get desired results.

Power equipment supply and installation:

We are able to supply and install various type of DC power , sources other than generator such as rectifiers, UPS, etc.

Maintenance: we provide services to maintain the above.
