OUR BACK GROUND

In the year of 1995, a partnership firm named as Star Constructions was formed by Sh. Amit

Lakhanpal and Sh. Baswant Singh to do landscape development work on contract basis. Firm

purchased number of heavy earthmoving machines for the purpose. The entrepreneurs worked

together and moved ahead while creating a success story, on the route of mutual respect and

understanding. Relentless hard work, commitment to maintain best quality standards in the

construction industry and honesty has been the key factor of the progress. To sustain the progress to

grow further partnership firm was changed in a Private Limited company with Sh. Amit Lakhanpal

and Sh. Baswant Singh as founder director. Company was established on 01.03.2006 with the name

Starcon Infra Projects (I) Pvt Ltd. Later Sh. Raj Kamal Bhatia and Sh. Satish Sharma also joined

the company in the year 2006. Company marched a long way since then and got rewards &

recognition for our contribution in infrastructural growth of our country.

Today our company is executing a large variety of construction projects with specialization in Heavy

Earth / Rock Excavation, Roads, Civil & Mechanical Construction / Erection. We are also

equipped with whole range of construction & material handling equipment, earthmovers and other

support machineries of our own along with possessing expertise in their operation and repair

maintenance. This looks after our in-house requirements and puts us ahead with an edge over others

in the industry. In addition, our big pool of machinery equipment, plants etc. also provide services in

the projects outside our company.

Company undertakes complete responsibility & ownership of a project including management,

coordination, liaison and execution. In addition, company is committed to complete the orders within

the time schedule and budgetary limits without any escalation. In this regards, company‟s

performance have received appreciations from all quarters.

With a view to further grow and contribute to Nation‟s growth, company is diversifying its activities

into Ground Engineering. Ground Engineering is used for Deep and Sensitive Excavation works like

Metro Railways and excavation works in thickly populated areas by construction of

Diaphragm wall,

Along with the dewatering work.

Company acquired 100% stake in M/S IPEX Infrastructure (P) Ltd, A Chennai Based Company.

Ground Engineering work/ contract will be done through this subsidiary. Piling Rigs and other

equipment are being acquired for the purpose. There has successfully completed various projects

with CMRL & DMRC.
