Establish in 2003, Previously Known as Panca Putra Abadi(PPA) was originally a hard chrome business with a focus

on hydraulic cylinder recondition within various and diverse range of industries especially heavy equipment in mining industry. Since then PPM has expanded to hydraulic services to provide our customers with a complete “One

Stop Shop” for hydraulic engineering services and as reliable partner.

Recently facility was controlling by right process and procedure to ensure this facility delivers customers a fullrange of hydraulic repairs and services to the higheststandards. The flexibility to perform repairs from cylinderreseals to customize building of complete cylinder groups,allows PPM to services the largest hydraulic groups in the mining, plantation, steel, pulp & paper, agriculture and portindustries.

All theses services are provided in house at PPM facility.To meet growing size of market demand on hydrauliccylinder groups and recondition components. PPM wasextend the capacity with invest to add several machine andrelocate the facility with larger space. PPM want to ensurethe customers will get the fast turnaround time but

withoutsacrificing the quality and service.

RECONDITION SERVICES

Components recondition is a process of rebuilding worn ofdamaged components so they are able to return to service.This process is often more cost effective and efficient thanreplacing the component with new parts. The right processcan be improved and extended working life component,which in some cases even out-performing the originalcomponent.The purpose of recondition services is to tailor therecondition solution to suit a customer’s individualrequirements, whether that is fast, economical repair to getthe components back into or a solution to provide improvedworking life for a components, by improving the propertiesof the surface material to better suit working conditions.

Hard chrome plating: Ideal for hydraulic applications where a hard corrosion resistant coating is required, giving a smooth hard wearing surface. This process involves electroplating a chromium carbide coating onto the work piece. The components are then polished bringing the surface back into tolerances within required roughness average (RA) surface finish. PPM chrome tanks have the capacity to handle a wide range of hydraulic cylinder rods, shaft and suspension components.

General Machining The machine shop offers large scale turning and milling operations, drilling, vertical and horizontal boring, aimed at serving the requirement of mining, oil and gas, plantation, steel, paper and pulp, and power plant. The machine shop offer the benefit s to the components are improved surface finish, concentricity and both sizing and tolerances are maint ained along the full length of components.

Welding Shop and FabricationThe facility services include submerged arc welding, MIGand TI G welding and ID welding machine for internaldiameters and housings. PPM have good skill welders andfitter to serve all aspect welding and fabrication works alsoour company is able to offer solutions on all areas ofengineering and assist your business in reclamation orcomponents design and engineering.
