Nowadays Wanboxin covers an area of 2000 square meters , 50 workers more or less, 15 CNC machines, 1 painting equipment, 1 sandblast, 1 silk screen equipment, 1 coal-scuttle, 3 vacuum casting machines, 1 RIM equipment, SLA/SLS machines. We operate 24 hours to assis t customers from raw ideas to finish product. With our hard works and supports from Customers.

Prototype Making Step 1/6

After confirming the order,our engineers will programme the confirmed 3d drawings from our clients with Pro-E and UG software.Generally,we can use 3d drawings with stp, step, igs, x-t format.After finishing the programme,we can put the program into our machine’s control computer,and then the machine can start the prototype making automaticlyas our program.

When we receive the prototypes’ project inquiry,we will analyse the products,andthen as our client’s requirments,we will think out the best reasonable and economic solution for our clients confirm.the follow pictures are showing the process methods,such as CNC,SLA,SLS,SILICONE MOLD VACUUM CASTING,RIM,SHEET METAL PRESS/STAMP/BEND.

After finishing the prototypes through machines,the prototypes’ surface looks ugly,so,we need do surface treatment like the picture show,thepurpose is to make the prototypes’ surface look smooth.enough,andthen we will do size examination,ifthe prototypes need be assembled together,we also can assemble them by hand,and make sure they can be assembled perfectly.

CMM CALLIPERS Size AssuranceAfter finishing the surface treatment,we will do size measurement.With our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) we analyze 3D parts to compare measurements, positions, shapes, tolerances, and surface curvature with the 3D data The measuring instrument provides detailed graphic reports of the product quality allowing us to observe any imperfections,And also,as a assistant measure tool,The Callipers are also be used to test the size for some simple products.

When we make the prototypes’ surface to be smooth enough,we can do other finish effection,such as Painting, uv, silk screen, plate,Anodize, sandblast, polish,powder paint,

After finishing the prototypes,we will take pictures for our clients confirm.after confirming,we will use hard carton or woode case to pack the prototypes for free.We can use the follow international express for prototypes sending.Such as DHL,UPS,TNT,EMS,FEDEXyou also can choose the express to send.the freight is in your charge.
