Firm History

Company Directors, Josephat and Mosses, graduated from the University College of Land and Architectural Studies (UCLAS) consistituent of University of Dar es Salaam at the end of 2006. Josephat took assistant architect positions at Project Solutions Architects and further Architect position at MD Consultancy where he worked predominantly on large residential and commercial buildings. He quickly discovered that there was an unexploited niche market for best quality architectural services. JP&Partners was therefore incorporated in August 2009.

Josephat and Partners took the business full-time in January 2010 after having already built up a strong client base. At this point they invested heavily in re-branding and marketing the company. They took on their first employee shortly after, and invested in an impressive render firm.Josephat and Partners aspire to make a truly international company of JP & Partners and to continue to raise the bar for architecture best services.

JP& partners’ JP& Partners' architecture is a growing full service architectural firm dedicated to the concept that architecture is a socially responsible and environmentally respectful pursuit. We are committed to making buildings of understated dignity, expressed through the play of light upon the natural beauty of materials. We believe that buildings are best when they express their purpose and interact sympathetically with their surroundings.

Cost Control JP&Partners’ Architect knows that efficiency and cost management is important and achievable even under tough commercial circumstances. Cost control measures are integrated into the design process, beginning in the preliminary phase of the job with pre-bid estimates and extending through to the final construction. Firm ApproachThe firm begins each project by listening and taking notes, carefully.  We continue listening throughout the design process.  Our primary goal is to understand client concerns and discover the underlying issues that will impact the design. Specialists We understand the complete development process. We coordinate a flexible team of specialists who can be called in for projects, as appropriate, to contribute to your development objectives.  The specialists allow us to achieve the most exacting standards for functional and technical design excellence.Some of the specialists that can be included in a project are:

LEGAL STATUS OF THE COMPANY

The company was register under business name (registration ordinance (cap 213) 0n 23rd

September 2009 by business Registration and licensing Agency (BRELA).

The Company was registered as Architectural consultant firms by Architects and Quantity surveyor registration board AQSRB under Registration act (No 16 of 1997) as refer to – section 38. The Architects and Quantity Surveyors (by laws) 2000.

The Company has complied issuance of Tax Identification no. (Tin) under section 133 of income tax act no.11of 2004 that our company has been registered with Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and assigned tax identification no.

The company has complied with issuance of business license under license act no 25 of 1972 amended 1980.
