A 24- hour services is part of the package that is offered to our clients. In addition, every erection teamhas a mobile phone to enable fast response to emergency calls. Extreme Fire Design Inc takes a greatpride in being able to supply an emergency service within two hours of receiving a call. The servicesdepartment is also responsible fire for alterations and extensions to existing systems, in addition to theannual servicing of fire and plumbing installations and the six monthly servicing of sprinkler control valves.

SERVICES DEPARTMENT

Detailed site surveys, technical requirements, quotations and specifications for all types of fixed fireprotection installation are offered free of charge. Fire training is also offered free of charge after installation upto five fire fighters only.

By using Computerized full hydraulic calculations, you have all the advantages offull hydraulic calculations in helping you reduce your pipe sizes and or the water demand and thecalculations will not have the human error factor and will take a fraction of a seconded to calculate,allowing you the designer more time to optimizes the system and reduce costs. Our Fire Pumps and firestorage water tanks are sized using computerised fully hydraulic calculation. Our design philosophy issimple. Not only do we design your system to be compliant but we also make sure that the Fire SprinklerSystem in your facility blends in as much as possible so as to avoid distracting from the architecturalfeatures of your building or office. Our design services provide complete accurate drawings includingeverything that is required for the reviewer, stocklister, and the installer. Our plans are fullydimensioned, contain overall cut lengths on grooved mains, main ID's and branch line ID's and hangerpositions and cut lengths. We mention this because they are usually taken for granted and pipe fittersusually ends up with the headaches of trying to figure out these issues. The use of workshoppre-fabricated piping makes assembly time much quicker, as there is no need for welding or threadingon site.

Some factory owners view fire protection systems as a cost without a direct return onInvestment, unless they have experienced a previous fire event or truly understand theassociated risks.

Cultural property management is entrusted with the responsibility of protecting andpreserving an institution's buildings, collections, operations and occupants. Constantattention is required to minimize adverse impact due to climate, pollution, theft,vandalism, insects, rain and fire. Because of the speed and totality of the destructiveforces of fire, it constitutes one of the more serious threats.

Compliance of the rules will not only obtain appropriate discount in the fire insurancepremium but will also instill a feeling of security that the presence of efficient fire-fightingequipment should engender. The direct loss from fire and resultant wastage is alwaysserious but the indirect loss and the resultant dislocation of business is often much moreserious.

A major fire can quickly bring a business to a standstill with loss of lives, loss of goods,equipment, and building damage, smoke damage, loss of reputation, loss of customersdue to business standstill and subsequent downtime are just some of the outcomes whenfires are not quickly contained. Regaining your cliental base can be a real nightmareeven if the insurance has paid. With the right solutions in place, the risk of minor mishapsor serious incidents can be averted or reduced. Planning for fireprotection involves an integrated approach in which system designers need to analysebuilding components as a total package.
