DRY ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR
(DRY E.P)
Dry E.P typically collects dry dust particles such as
wood ash, incinerator ash, or coal ash from boiler
or incinerator applications. Dry E.P is attractive due
to their ability to collect and transport the dust in a
dry condition. This eliminates the use of water and
the concerns of pollution, corrosion and dewatering
efforts associated with scrubbers.
If the dust particles can be collected and handled
in a dry condition it is always more advantageous to
employ a dry E.P.
Dry E.P typically collects dry dust particles such as
wood ash, incinerator ash, or coal ash from boiler

WET ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR
(WET E.P)
Wet E.P collects harmful substances like dust in
exhaust gas with water membrane or washing after
attaching them to suction tubes by corona
discharge from electrode.
It is installed in many facilities requiring collecting
dusts that is difficult to collect with dry electrostatic
precipitator or general precipitator or requiring high
efficiency. It has a wide coverage for use and is
highly economical and durable.

SEMI DRY REACTOR :
Waste Gas from discharge facilities flows into top
of SDR and Ca(OH)₂sprays through twin fluid
atomizer or rotary atomizer at top of SDR as a
slurry(15%-Ca(OH)₂) state.
As having a chemical reaction with SOx, HCL and
HF of gas, it is removed to a solid state such as
CaSO₃, CaSO₄, CaCL₂and CaF through the
hopper.(Max. 80% efficiency)

WET ELECTROSTATIC ABSORBER :
Wet electrostatic absorber can remove emissions of
particles and oxides of sulfur from the exhaust heat
in discharging facilities at the same time.
On the 1st stage dust, mist, fume(large particles) are
removed at the quencher. Next 2nd stage, SOx
removed by spraying reactant. On the 3rd stage wet
E.P removes dust, mist, fume(small particles).
(Max. 99% efficiency)

SELECTIVE CATALYTIC REDUCTION :
SCR is a simple, cost-effective NOx reduction
solution. SCR technology uses a simple chemical
reaction to neutralize the NOx in the exhaust. The
catalyst promotes the reaction between NOx and a
reducing agent such as ammonia at the relatively
low temperatures of an exhaust stream. This
process produces harmless nitrogen and water.
Highly efficient, SCR is capable of removing up to
99% of the NOx.
