We are an Engineering construction and consulting company providing highly skilled professional services in our

business areas, to the food and beverages industry, and also to other manufacturing establishments. With experience

spanning over 30 years, we pride ourselves in the quality, accuracy and timeliness of our deliveries and as Safety and

Environmental consultants, we place our vast experience in this area at the disposal of our clients and very particularly,

put these into practice during the execution of all our various projects.

OUR SCOPE OF WORK

1. COMPREHENSIVE INSTALLATION OF PIPES AND VESSELS INCLUDING INSULATION / CLADDING.

We carry out stainless steel and carbon steel piping installations for the conveyance of various fluids and products to recognized international

standards and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice as applicable in the Food and Beverages Industry in particular and

manufacturing industries in genera l. We also do both hot and cold insulation on piping installations and on storage vessels which are then

finished off with presentable cladding for good aesthetics and protection of the insulation material.

2. INSTALLATION OF INDUSTRIAL AND PRODUCTION FACILITIES.

We carry out installation of heavy industrial production machines like steam boilers, water treatment plants, air

compressors, chillers, bottling lines equipment, storage tanks, fermentation and similar jacketed vessels.

3. FABRICATION, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CONVEYORS.

We fabricate, install and maintain various types and sizes of conveyor systems, such as bottles, crates, pallets

and bulk goods conveyors including bags, pneumatic and grains transfer systems. We also fabricate Air supply

and extractor ducts.

4. WAREHOUSING

5. FABRICATION, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CONVEYORS.

6. SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT.

Our consultancy services in this area cover the establishment and enforcement of safety procedures, recommendations on fire

protection and prevention, and maintenance of statutory international industrial and environmental standards including

monitoring and reporting. In our passion for the preservation and sustainability of the environment, we are also into renewable

solar energy exploitation and exploration.

7. MAINTENANCE AND OVERHAULS

As a result of the ever increasing needs for manufacturing companies to maintain only strategic and very highly skilled manpower

in their establishment in order to enable them focus on their core business areas, there has therefore arisen a need for the

outsourcing of the functions of all non-core personnel in their operations. We provide services to fill in this gap.

In view of our vast experience in maintenance of production facilities, especially utilities and bottling line equipment, we carry

out contract maintenance and overhauls of bottling line machines, right from the DE palletizer through bottle washer and

pasteurizer to the palletizer.

Over the years, our technicians have been subjected to rigorous training and development in modern maintenance techniques in

order to sharpen their skills not only aimed at better maintenance performance indicator levels but also to keep them up to date

with latest innovations in equipment manufacture. This is an exercise that is continuously being carried out as part of our culture.

Objective being to ensure that the key maintenance performance indicators, mean time to repair (MTTR) is kept on a downward

trend while the mean time between failures (MTBF) is sustained on an upward trend.

THE TEAM

Key members of the team include:

Emmanuel odenore Chief Executive Operating Officer.

Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Engineering degree in

Industrial Engineering and a Ph.D degree in Management Science. He has well over 35years’ experience in

engineering practice in various manufacturing and construction establishments including in the oil fields and the

breweries.

Bunmi Adewuyi - Head of Operations.

Bunmi holds a B eng in Mechanical Engineering and . He has extensive knowledge and experience

Spanning over 13 years, notably in mechanical fabrication, installation and maintenance.

Bright ekpebor - project Engineer.

Bright hold a bachelor 0f science in industrial and production engineering and he

comes from a Mechanical Engineering background. He has over 10 years’ experience in the installation,

maintenance and overhaul of bottling lines gained from the brewery and soft drinks plants.

Ayodele martin - Electrical Engineer. .

Martin holds an HND qualification in Electrical Engineering and with almost 10 years in the practice, he has vast

experience in machine installation, testing and commissioning.

Monica odenore - Head of Finance and Administration.

Monica holds a higher national diploma in secretariat studies and is responsible for all administration, stock control and finance

matters.

Ebenezer dick - site engineer.

Dick holds a higher national diploma in and Mechanical Engineering background with over 10 years’ experience in the installation, maintenance

and overhaul of bottling lines in the brewery and soft drinks plants.

Austin alele - supervisor.

Austin has Mechanical Engineering background with over 10 years’ experience in the installation, maintenance

and overhaul of bottling lines in the brewery and soft drinks plants.

Gabriel afolabi –welder (arc and argon). .

Gabriel holds a city and guild in welding and fitting and with almost 10 years in the practice, he has vast

experience in machine installation, testing and commissioning.
