BUSINESS PROFILE

The Gurkhas Ekta International Group is a human resources service provider

which was founded in 2003 by the ex – Army personnel in Hong Kong and

Nepal. Within a short period of time the Company is well known for its

efficient and reliable services for construction and civil engineering projects

around in Hong Kong. In the process of business expansion, Gurkhas Ekta

Internacional de Macau Limitada was established in 2004 and ever since it has

been successfully providing Security Managers/Supervisors/Officers, F & B

and Hospitality Staffs to most the renowned Casinos and Hotels in Macau. At

present there are around 250 skilled resources and 85 Semi Skilled resources

working round the clock in various projects in Hong Kong.

Our organization structures are located in three geographical regions with

Headquarter in Hong Kong and branches in Macau and Nepal. Our quality and

professional services have been recognized by our valued clients and our

excellent track record so far is witness to it.

Our Tariffs

Selection Procedure

Our selection system has been designed to meet the client’s expectation. We always stay close to our

clients to understand their requirement and satisfaction.

Administration

We arrange PPE, a periodical employment fitness medical check-ups and occasional get-togethers to our

team members and their families to keep close relation and build the team spirit. We ensure timely payment

of salaries to all operatives as our cash flow is strong as well as everyone enjoys their annual leave and

statutory holidays. On completion of successful 60 days employment we arrange the enrolment of MPF

scheme.

Replacement GuaranteeWe guarantee immediate replacement of staffs supplied if the employment is terminated either by employer

or employee as per contract.

SafetySafety is always our prime object. Gurkhas Ekta International has its own safety policy which is

periodically reviewed as necessary. Further our team conduct Safety Trainings, Site Safety Talks,

Toolbox Talks and Safety Seminars to development safety awareness amongst the team members as well

as present monthly Safety Rewards/Safety Award Certificates to the best workers.

All the workers will be Hong Kong residents and will possess valid CITA Green

Card, Construction Worker's Registration, Confined Space Card and relevant Trade Cards.
