CONTROL AND MONITORING SYSTEMS

MULTICOMP II

Multicomp II optimises the operationof the system, reducing the energycosts to the minimum.

Multicomp II keeps the line pressurewithin a preset modulating range and adjusts the compressed air production to the actual air system demand.

MAESTROXS

MaestroXS programmable system is fitted asstandard on Mattei air compressors. Whenconnected to other MAESTROXS-equippedcompressed air packages, it becomes the master controller of a compressed air distribution system, thus saving on the installation of an additional controller; and hasthree operating modes:

• Sequence: first in-first out• Cascade: first in-last out• Equal hours: keeps the operating hours for all

compressors in the system equal.

MIEM - Mattei Intelligent Energy Management

Mattei has developed MIEM software for monitoring the compressed air production system: MIEM provides a computer simulation of anoperating compressor, toevaluate if there is a more energy efficient solutionavailable.

The system is practically a mains analyzer: it may be set as an analyzer for data detection for MIEM or as anadvanced diagnostics system.

Mattei performs more than 200 energyanalyses per year witha success of salesaround 45%.

VERTICAL RECEIVERS AND FILTERS

The installation of a storage receiver allows forimproved pressure stability in the air system, provides for possible peaks in the air demand, and helps to optimise the operation of the compressor.

Mattei’s product range includes receivers from500 up to 5000 litres, painted or galvanized, with pressures up to 15 bar. Receivers withhigher capacity available upon request.
