1. Our History
Molemi Management Systems Consultancy cc was established in October 2008, with the objective to provide Sheq (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) management consulting in terms of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007, to all business entities desirous of improving their business and/or requiring certification. Molemi Management Systems Consultancy cc is a 100% black (female) owned entity with Winnie Senona as Managing Member. She has an excellent educational background and a proven track record with a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry, a B-Tech: Quality Management degree from Unisa and is a SAATCA certified quality, health & safety and environmental management auditor with years of experience in the implementation, management, and auditing of these *management systems at companies such as SABS (also a training facilitator), Eskom, Plascon SA, Rand Water, Garona Construction and Kumba Iron Ore Mine to name but a few. (See attached abbreviated CV for more detail).
Prior to the founding of Molemi Management Systems cc, Winnie was employed by SABS as a Lead Auditor, Training Specialist and mentoring of auditors in training.
During her 16+ years in the industry and the past five years running her own business, she accumulated an excellent pool of resources in the form of independent consultants that she employs on various projects
Molemi Management Systems Consultancy cc is now specializing in the SME market with the focus on ensuring that these entities are deriving long term benefits from these management systems by providing ongoing support and thus ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to these principles, with the resultant business benefits to the customers.

The involvement of Molemi Management Systems Consultancy cc in the SME market started when the company was contracted by:
1. SABS / CIDB to provide OHSAS 18001:2007 training to construction contractors at all the CIDB branches
2. SEDA / SABS / CIDB to provide Quality Management (ISO 9001:2008) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001:2007) training and mentoring services to the SME contractors registered with the CIDB
3. ECDC (Eastern Cape Development Corporation) in conjunction with SABC to provide ISO 09001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 training to construction contractors in the Eastern Cape
One of the main strengths of Molemi Management Systems Consultancy cc is their excellence in the communicating and transferring of knowledge as a result of her proficiency in all South African languages, including Ndebele and SeSwati (one of the stumbling blocks in the upliftment efforts is conveying knowledge in a language that the trainee REALLY understands)

Environmental Impacts Assessments- Conduct EIA’s for all the listed activities as required by the National Environmental Act and monitors the Rod’s and EMP’s permit conditions requirements and report to the client accordingly.
Construction Safety-
o Train employees on General safety maters and Conducting of mini hazards& risks identification prior to each tasks,
o Acts as a Safety Agent/ consultant,
o Develop safety plans, files and all necessary documentation required by DOL.
Waste Management – Development of integrated waste management programmes and provides advisory service on waste management practices.
