Banghe Group Banghe Group is a manufacturer and exporter with its exporting company, Jinan United International Trading Co., Ltd (JNUNTD) and the branch factories in China. Our main business are the production and machining of kinds of castings and the mechanical and electrical products. We specialize in hardware, casting, forging, auto parts, metal bending, machining, stamping, welding, etc. The above mentioned products are mainly exported to Europe, North America, Australia, Mid-east, Southease Asia, etc. Our goal is to supply high quality and competitive price products.
In the field of casting, our factory is equipped with modern production facilities and inspection instruments. We own 6 sets of “UBE” die casting machines and 1 pc of “ISUZU” Low pressure die casting machine imported from Japan and one set of turn table gravity casting machine. We use precoated sand casting in the iron casting and wax-lost process for stainless steel casting.
Regarding our machining equipment, we have American "Bridgeport" vertical machining center, Japanese “Toyota” Horizontal Machining Center and CNC machines. We also own a Coordinate Boring Machine.
As to the Inspection equipment, we own the “Baird” brand spectrocomparator, imported from the U.S.A. and “IMS” three dimensional measuring machine imported from the UK etc., by which we can assure the exactitude of the material and meet the strict precision requirement of the products.
We are executing the ISO9001 system and TS16949 system to keep the improvements of our management and technology.
