Power Control Solutions

INVERTER POWER BACK UP SOLUTIONS:

An Inverter power back up system provides uninterruptible power and security where we rely more on electrical devices to live and run our businesses. Many people have small UPS units for their computers but few realize that systems are also available that enable uninterrupted business processes. With PowerPoint inverter based Power Back up Systems, there is no longer an excuse to lose revenue, convenience, comfort or security.

VOLTAGE REGULATION AND EQUIPMENT PROTECTION SOLUTIONS:

PowerPoint AVR solutions are designed specifically to deal with the high level of protection required for telecommunication applications and for equipment that require a higher level of surge, spike, & noise protection. Using an isolating transformer, the AVR provides a clean neutral and 10:1 attenuation ratio ensuring that noise on the output is significantly reduced relative to the input.

GENERATOR POWER SOLUTIONS:

Generators offer a convenient, reliable power back up solution. Whether you need one for prime or standby application, you have come to the right place. We offer a wide range of generator solutions to cater for both domestic and industrial applications.

CONSTRUCTION OF GRID SUBSTATIONS AND TRANSMISSION LINES

Substations are a part of an electrical generation, transmission, and distribution systems. Substations transform voltage from high to low, or the reverse. Between the generating station and consumer, electric power may flow through several substations at different voltage levels by transmission lines. PowerPoint Systems designs and constructs substations and transmission lines that strike a balance between reliability and cost. A good design attempts to strike a balance between these two.

Solar Power Solutions

SOLAR LIGHTING SOLUTIONS:

Lighting solutions differ in size and complexity depending on the intended application. These may vary depending on use e.g. solar street lighting, home lighting, lighting for educational institutions and health facilities.

The main benefits of photovoltaic systems is that there are no monthly billing charges, electricity is generated for more than 20 years without any need for traditional fuels, solar PV systems are durable, the systems are suitable for any part of the country (e.g., underserviced areas), no noise pollution is generated, and the production of power is environmentally friendly.

SOLAR THERMAL/ SOLAR WATER HEATING:

Solar thermal is an economically viable solar solution for users using grid electricity for heating water. It is possible to make well above 60% savings on electricity bills by heating water using solar. Solar thermal solutions have both domestic and industrial applications. Homes as well as hotels, schools and hospitals can benefit from the free resource that is solar. Be it for basic hot water requirements or for complex applications, PowerPoint has a solution for every need.

SOLAR BOREHOLE PUMPING SOLUTIONS:

Solar pumps are a clean and simple alternative to fuel-burning engines and generators for pumping water for domestic use, livestock and irrigation.
