!We consider the key issues on projects to be: !
Provision of an experienced, dedicated team through the tender period and following on with the same team for the contract
works following appointment !!Review of design status and establishment of detailed information
required schedules with latest ‘required by dates’ to enable focus to be directed on the priority issues !!
Establishment of comprehensive Programmes and procurement schedules to manage the flow of information, procurement of
sub-contractors and implementation of works on site !!Understanding the restrictions imposed by the nature of the occupied building and the scope of the refurbishment work
and providing practical solutions to maintain the safe working environment whilst the works proceed !!
Well structured and productive meetings at all levels of the project with effective communication between all parties, including
third parties that may be affected by our works
!We consider the key issues on a project to be: … ! !!
Selection of sub-contractors with a proven track record in undertaking projects of this size & nature and with the available resources and financial stability to complete the works within the required programme !!
Establishment of access and distribution routes for the delivery and distribution of site personnel, materials and plant !!
Hands on management of the commissioning and testing of newly installed systems !!Continuous & rigorous quality checking of installed works to ensure the required standards are being met, including
off site inspections of items such as Mechanical plant and joinery to prevent delays occurring from items being delivered to site below standard or not conforming to specification.

Company Structure On the next page we have provided our Company Organogram
identifying the chain of command within Kingly.
The directors at Kingly are ‘hands on’ and totally committed to exceeding our clients expectations and each project will have a
Project Director who will have been involved in the pre-contract stage of the project.
A Contracts Manager is allocated to run the project from the office and he is supported by a site based manager.
In addition to this we would have a Project Surveyor working alongside the team, on the larger projects mainly and where necessary a Services Manager responsible for Mechanical and
Electrical Installations.
The Company also has a retained Health & Safety Manager who visits sites on a weekly basis and is also responsible for all matters
related to training.
Our staff have extensive knowledge and experience within the Refurbishment and interior fit out market over many years and
have a successful and impressive track record.
Our resources are under continuous review and are adapted to suit the volume of work in hand.
