The Trützschler Nonwovens & Man-Made Fiber companies are leading suppliers of machinery and know-how for the production of nonwovens and man-made fibers. Trützschler Nonwovens has been formed by the assets of the long-established companies Fleissner, Erko, and Bastian. The product range includes innovative and efficient solutions for fiber opening and blending, web forming and bonding as well as for finishing and winding. Trützschler Man-Made Fibers offers complete state-of-the-art spinning plants for staple fibers, carpet and industrial filament yarn.

Machinery by Trützschler Nonwovens implement the following processes: -Fiber preparation (bale opener, fine opener, blending chamber) -Web forming: card feeder and cards (roller, random and airlay cards), wet laying lines (in cooperation with Voith Paper), cross lapper and web drafter -Web bonding: needle looms, spunlacing units, foulards and ovens for thermo- and chemical bonding -finishing: equipment for impregnation and calibration, through air dryers -winding: fully-automatic winders, unwinders and slitter- rewinders

Staple fiber lines by Trützschler Man-Made Fibers produce a wide range of fibers: cotton-type PET, fibers for nonwovens and fillings, spun-dyed as well as 2D/3D crimped fibers, hollow and bicomponent fibers.

Furthermore Trützschler Man-Made Fibers is a line and equipment specialist for the extrusion of PP, PA und PET filament yarns for carpets and industrial end uses (e.g. tire cords, airbags, belts, ropes and nets).

Machinery by Trützschler Nonwovens & Man-Made Fibers is used in nonwoven and fiber plants all over the world. Pilot lines can be found at research institutes and small-capacity producers, tailor-made solutions are sought after by specialty producers and proven large capacity concepts found their way to quality-minded mass producers.

Our solutions are targeted to all companies being active in the fields of nonwovens or man-made fiber production. The machinery mostly is custom-made to meet the individual requirements of our customers and their products. Therefore the sales process including extensive technological consultancy is based in Germany. Our local agent is responsible for keeping in touch with the market.

Our aim is to raise the profile of Trützschler Nonwovens und Trützschler Man-Made Fibers in South Korea and to establish new contacts to the nonwovens and man-made fiber industry.

Trützschler Nonwovens supplies both single components and turn-key nonwoven plants from bale opening to winding. Core competence is the web bonding machinery such as needle looms, spunlacing/hydroentangling units and foulards/ovens for thermo- and chemical bonding. Trützschler Nonwovens is the home of the well-known Fleissner AquaJet – the 100th AquaJet have been delivered in mid 2013.Trützschler Man-Made Fibers looks back on the history of some 310 staple fiber lines and several hundred spinning positions for BCF and industrial yarn delivered.
