About• Bikoshu is an online local market place that enables its users to shop localy.
• Bikoshu also acts as a one-stop shop for all-size retailers to sell their products online by its features; such as free e-commerce platform, white label app, delivery services and promotional activities.
• By its free essential e-commerce features, it targets to expand rapidly throughout Turkey and abroad.
• Aims to offer its customers a practical and entertaining experience for local shopping and dining.
• Pilot will be available in April2016 in selected regions of Istanbul.

Local retailers can be a part of Bikoshu platform (available on web, mobile as well as via bikoshu app) for free, if the orders will be delivered by local retailer itself, Bikoshu does not claim any fee or any commision for the orders generated via its platform (For delivery service needs please refer to Bikoshu Runner Service).
Local Retails can arrange and manage orders, clients, runners, and their account itself via Bikoshu admin pages. http://www.bikoshu.com/localbiz
Local retailers may also take the advantage to operate under their own domain name*. http://www.localbiz.com
PremiumAd Service
Bikoshu Premium Ad Service can be used by local retailers to promote their stores/shops in web based and/or mobile based Bikoshu Marketplace Platform.
RunnerService
If local retailer needs a delivery service for its orders, Bikoshu can provide a courier within the specified service region. This service is commision based which is 5% of the total order amount. Minimum order amount is 50 TL per order. Bikoshu does not claim any commission from the tip, it is the runner who claims the whole tip.

Call Center Number
In order to make local retailers call center enabled, Bikoshu also provides a 0850 call center number for free. Local retailers can decide to use this free call center number on their own or they can decide to benefit from Bikoshu Call Center Service described below.

Service
Bikoshu call center service is a minute based service to receive and answer order calls on behalf of local retails. Since the delivery calls are higher between 11:00AM and 03:00PM, this service is beneficial for local retailers to manage the peak time slots.

For local retailers who would like to obtain a seperate mobile app for their store/shop, Bikoshu can also provide a White Label mobile app. This feature is enabled in Corporate Package.

Murat Levent DemircanLevent is Assistant Professor in Galatasaray University. He teaches Investment Analysis, Project Planning and Productivity. He also brings more than a 15-year management experience in call centers, software development and service businesses to Bikoshu.
Tolga Tigin ÖzbilunAfter pursued his studies in States. He founded Ankara based İkon Telekom, one of the leading telecommunication companies in Turkey. Tolga brings his strong business acumen to Bikoshu and lead the way.
