Founded in 2008 and located in the famous Humen town, Dongguan City, China, Yunsen is an injection mold maker specialized in making large, medium, and small molds used for automobile and electric tools, such as bumper molds, instrument desk molds, mid-control molds, door plank molds, ventilation molds, motor lamp molds，inlet Manifold molds, overmold molds, double-color molds, GAM mold etc.
Covering 5000 square meters workshop, our company uses advanced production equipment, including precision CNC, large spark machine, die Spotting Machine, injection molding machine and CMM detector. On the other hand, we boast a teamwork of 150 skilled operators and over 30 seasoned designers who have completed various plastic molds of automobile models for clients at home and abroad. As for quality control, we carry out ISO9001:2008 standard to build a perfect system to assess and monitor suppliers’ goods, such as mold steel, hot runner and standard parts etc. Due to excellent quality, competitive price and timely delivery, our products are sold well in Europe, America and Japan.
