HAUSIA IN A NUTSHELL
Hausia Oy is a Finnish construction firm that builds attractive high-quality blocks of flats and smaller residential buildings in the Helsinki region. The family business is owned by its management body and employs some 100 construction professionals.
The company was founded in 2012 and its turnover is expected to grow to 130 million euro by 2021. As a sign of trust in its work quality, Hausia is the only construction firm in Finland that provides consumers with a 10-year extra guarantee on challenging structures. Hausia has been grant-ed the esteemed Finnish RALA competence, granted by an independent certification board.
Hausia cooperates on projects with several large Finnish constructors such as Kojamo, Sato, Hoas and Asuntosäätiö, as well as collaborating with prominent mutual funds including those of Ålandsbanken, Hypo and Taaleri.
Half of the residential production of Hausia is aimed directly at consum-ers and the rest is allocated to other construction enterprises. In addition to construction and development services, Hausia offers services in the fields of investment, project management and development planning.
Hausia is committed to all stages of the construction process: planning, sales through Hausia’s own sales network, property handovers and war-ranty work.
Some 500 homes per annum are constructed by Hausia, and currently the company is involved in producing around 650 apartments in the capital re-gion, which are in excellent locations regarding accessibility and amenities.

As a result of seamless cooperation between architects, designers and engineers, the homes are modern and stylish but timeless. The planning process consistently takes environmental and economic sustainability into account. Customer involvement in the process is also possible and customer preferences are taken into consideration from the earliest pos-sible stage. The materials chosen for Hausia homes are of prime quality, as the company strives to exceed customer expectations.
