• Mr. Donahue is President & CEO of Centerra and has been with the company since 1994. 25 years experience in the financial and operational management of government and private sector organizations. He became COO in March 2006, President in July 2010 and Chief Executive Officer in January 2012.

• Ms. Ricci joined Centerra in November 2015 as CFO. Prior to joining Centerra, she was the CFO for AT-Solutions where she was instrumental in the successful sale of the Company to a large government contractor. More than 20 years experience.

• Mr. Hafner is COO for DoE Operations, Centerra’s longest running core customer. Formerly a Colonel in the Air Force, an experienced logistician with decades of experience in DoE security. Previous posts as Field Dir. DTRA, and Dir. DoE OST.

• Mr. Tye is head of Business Development for Centerra and has been with the company since 2004. 25 years of experience in Federal, State & local commercial/contract development.

International Security

• Centerra has been providing International Security Services including humanitarian and commercial demining, explosive ordinance disposal (EOD), Explosive Detection Dog Teams, specialized training and remote logistics for four decades
